Ordered late night and it was so gross I ended up throwing most of it away and what was somewhat ok there was basically nothing there. I ordered steak taco and I got like 3 tiny pieces of steak and a tiny pinch of cheese and that was it. In a dried out shell this is basically like stealing people’s money when you get hardly nothing. I also ordered a Mexican pizza and it was 75% stale shell only. This use to be a great taco bell now its one of the worst . And to top it off you wait in the drive through for ever. Saddly im just done ordering from this location after problem after problem.

Paid $3 for rice and beans no beans extra rice. Got two bites of rice. Paid for a steak quesadilla light sauce. Wasn’t cooked except the steak which was dry and burnt. At lease three inches of tortilla on the edge with nothing on it. Big glob of sauce on just the tortilla on one end of it. Paid for a large fry and got a half full container that was cold and soggy like someone ate out of it. Woman behind the counter was rude as hell. Never go here

They had messed up my food order which is fine it happens we are all human. But when I went in to ask for the food to be fixed they made it wrong AGAIN. At this point i just gave up and asked for my money back for the item and then the manager on duty on 11-9-2025 at 2:00pm(ish) The manger then tried to snatch the food out of my hand and kinda pushed me back in the process. I then told her dont put your hands on me because that will cause a bigger problem. She got upset and started to yell and says she was calling the cops. She ruined the food and refused to compensate me in any way. This is just unacceptable behavior.

So we went to this fine establishment tonight. FIRST off, same as other reviewers, they were out of large cups and offered us a medium saying it was a $.10 difference. And was told they would place coupons in the bag for the inconvenience. Ok cool. SECOND off, ordered a protein bowl and a mexican pizza. And they hand us the bag straight up and down so when we got home, as you can see in the photo, it was a pile of taco moosh (plus no coupons, figured that one already). THIRD, So when we call we ask who bagged this, because this is ridiculous, and we were told to speak “nicely” to her and gave us the corporate number and hung up. Tried to call back and theyre screening the calls. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I work in food service also and i would NEVER give customer service like this. Very poor

Worst fast food experience of my entire life. Waited 45 min. for a very small order! The person working the drive thru finally asked me after standing there patiently staring at them and asked if my name was Craig. I am female with two hungry little girls!! I told them my food order number and was still ignored! People who came in after me had gotten there order and left. I finally got one of the workers attention and showed them my receipt that I had sent to my phone because I used the kiosk. Also heard the workers in the back cussing. Very unprofessional and will never come back to this location. You bet I’m going to tell my family and friends my experience there as well.

Why do you half ah the simplest order known to man like if your workers can’t handle my order of 2 cheesey roll up’s when there’s no business then I don’t know what they are going to do when parties come like it’s literally a tortia and cheese and you give me 2 pieces of cheese not melted in a wrap? Understaffed. Food was good but took well over 15 minutes to get food.
Stopped by twice earlier in the week around 5pm and tooth tines they were stuffed but not serving food since they were closing early.
They are currently turning off all lights so at to appear closed. It’s as if they don’t actually want customers. Very odd

Went to this Taco Bell drive up only. So I called them and told me this is the only way or the app. I can’t do the app.
Well they turned me away. In a time like this turning away customers not a good idea Taco Bell.
If the store don’t have the employees to open and operate close the doors for the day. That’s an idea for you Taco Bell.
It’s not acceptable to turn anybody away that is willing to pay for your services.
Or are the employees you have to lazy to do what they get paid for.
In all of this I understand that you want people to go other place because your staff is lazy!!!!
