Ok, so I had high hopes for this place. when I came in everyone very friendly so no issues there. The place definitely needs some TLC as the wallpaper is falling off the walls and it just looks…well, not great. No worries, I didn’t come to look at the walls, I came to eat the food so the food must be great….Nope. The buffet was only half full as the outside stations were not being used so not sure what that was about but food choices were somewhat limited. Rice was OK, egg rolls appeared to be spring rolls that had a second egg roll wrapper around it and deep fried…not good. Chicken Fingers as I know it were very thick batter, then they brought out another round and this appeared to be McD nuggets or at least that is what they tasted like.
I usually love Chinese restaurants but this one unfortunately doesn’t make the “give it a second try” award so we wont be back.

Buffet is adequate. By looking at pic you can tell volume of food is important to most customers.
Old worn out elevator music.

We are staying here for 2 months at the KOA (from MI) So glad we found this place. Best Wonton soup and potstickers I have ever had. My husband loves them too and he isn’t typically a Chinese food fan. Egg rolls are perfect. They get your takeout orders prepared quickly. Can’t wait to try sit down buffet. Highly recommend this restaurant!

BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN ALL OF PERRY, FL. THE FOOD IS WARM, A WONDERFUL VERITY OF TASTY DELISOUS FOOD ITEMS, AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS KIND, AND PRESENT TO BE AROUND. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A WORKER THERE THAT DIDNT HAVE A SMILE, AND A KIND WORD.

Jin Jins is a straight fire, go to, never fails you restaurant. If you go at peak hours during lunch and dinner you’ll find one of the freshest most affordably delicious Chinese Buffets around. If you stumble in, not during peak hours, and the buffet doesn’t look too hot, just order a fresh plate to go and you won’t be sorry. They’ll also cook a fresh batch of anything on the buffet too if you need to Dine-in. Just make sure you eat plenty. Lol. They’re always super nice if you are. I recommend the Mexican chicken for a bit of spice, sesame chicken for a bit of sweet, the cream shrimp, ofcourse the fried rice and lo mein noodles, and cream cheese wontons w the red sweet and sour sauce. I’ve had alot of Chinese food from alot of different places and in comparison, Jin Jins has always delivered on taste and price. Highly Recommend.

I remember years ago when the food was better.
I guess that’s why there was only a few people in at lunch time.
