Social Profile:

We brought our family recipes from Bangkok, Thailand to Texas in 2020. The food we made is authentic Thai taste with the flavorful seasoning and spices. All of ingredients we use are from certified producers and high quality. We focus on customer’s experience in authentic Thai dining not just selling goods. Our business support F&B local producers, teen workers, and the communities. After a year at Moontower Saloon, we came up with a simple idea: not everyone is familiar with Thai food, and when groups or families dine together, it can be hard to please everyone. So we decided to combine what we love—authentic Thai flavors—with something comforting and familiar—fresh, house-made pasta. This way, everyone can enjoy the experience together.

Ordered the pork egg rolls and the crab fried rice. The service was very quick, efficient and friendly.

Loved the Pork Eggrolls!!! Perfect amount of crunch. Served in a sweet dipping sauce.

Crab Fried Rice has ample amount of crab, also very good.

They’re a new establishment at Fierce Whiskers, would like to see them thrive here.

My go to order is chicken pad thai level 5 spciy with some pork rolls. Freshly made, hot, very spicy (which i love) and overall delicious from top to bottom. The portions you get with your order are also extremely generous. The curry and crab fried rice are my other 2 favorites. Cant say enough good things about Gotjis!

I ate here once and I will say the food is really good. But since then, I have tried eating here like 4 times and they’re always closed even though it’s around 7pm and their hours show they’re open until 9pm. Last time I tried, it was 6:30pm and they were closing up and only had fried food options. Left pretty upset every time.

Wow, hands down best Thai food around! Had the pad Thai (of course). Doesn’t come with peanut sauce so was disappointed but definitely didn’t need the peanut sauce, so full of flavor , can’t wait to come back and try that brisket curry . Don’t pass this by!!

More authentic than not Thai food truck tucked inside a cozy and fun environment. The pad Thai had great flavor but was a little wetter than I prefer. Kids loved the bacon fried rice and the white chicken curry had good heat and flavor. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again if I had a craving for Thai food.

Super unique tree net playscape that the kids loved. Plenty of outdoor seating.

I have the pork egg rolls those were excellent! However, the Pad Thai was not edible. I have never had it made spicy and I can deal with spice. This was extremely spicy. I think they should advise customers prior to ordering. I was very disappointed.

If this food truck is in your area it’s a must try! Got the chicken pad Thai and vegetable spring rolls and everything was cooked fresh and tasted excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Had Pad see ew with chicken. They were not wide flat noodles rather they used phad Thai noodles and the sauce was some brown sauce that did not taste like normal. Also not cooked with any spice. Asked for spice after and got sriacha(not red pepper flakes or oil.)
We went here because of 4.8 rating and was surprised at how bland and underwhelming it was. Wife got curry and said that it was flavorful. Perhaps just had a bad night.

I started with the Buda location, and loved the food from the start. Having spent time in Thailand, I can say that this is about as close as I have found here to the food in Thailand. The owner is great and very friendly, and recognizes us whenever we see him there, no matter how long it has been. I always start with a Pad Thai when I eat at a new Thai restaurant, as it is a basic Thai dish, and if they can’t get that right I don’t count on anything else tasting right. The Pad Thai here, though, is tasty and has that combination of flavors that you should find in Thai food. It just has that taste of freshness that pops while in your mouth.
