I had the $5.00 Double cheeseburger value meal with fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets and a drink. I upgraded to a large diet coke. The app worked great. I was able to change my pickup from drive thru to pickup in the restaurant. The service was great! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Service when inside is considerably slower than just doing drive-thru.
I’d recommend ordering ahead on the app. Food has been consistent for me, which is a rare thing for McDonald’s usually. Easy to get to location with a surprisingly large parking lot, it gets the job done if you know what to expect.

They seemed to find it entertaining when I asked for extra pickles on my two cheeseburgers. I received NO pickles, even though it states it on the receipt & the person handing it to said, ‘two cheeseburgers with extra pickles’.

Why are they filling my diet coke 3/4 full and then adding something from another 1/2 full cup to fill my diet coke order? This Mc’ds has been out out diet coke a number of times in the past. Are they filling cups with regular coke to make it last longer? When I asked for a fresh diet coke, I was told to pull up and wait, when no one was behind me, reason they gave was they had lots of orders. Young gentleman said he had to do what his managers asked, I do not fault him. But something fishy is going on, and if you are a diabetic and they are mixing regular coke with diet coke order, that is not a good choice…

They can’t get an order right. They short us on nuggets as a rule. Pay for 6! Get 4!! It happens more than not and w when you get home and realize it, call and complain, they they tell you to come back. Get it right the first time! They also put sugar syrup into iced coffee when you tell them “no sugar!”. Honestly, it’s no longer worth the new prices or throwing away full coffees!!!

actually one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. the food had to have been a week old because the fries were literally the soggiest of things ive ever been given. i ordered a caramel frappe and had to ask them to remake it because the whipped cream was literally deflated and there was barely any caramel drizzle; not a single drip of drizzle on the inside of the cup, like it’s advertised. i got my burger completely unwrapped on top of the soggy pieces of paper they tried to say were “fries”. when i went back in with the burger, she tried to tell me multiple times that she “needed” the burger and when i told her i was aware that i don’t have to give her the food that was messed up, she insisted i give her the burger a few more times after i tell her to just go make me my fries and make the burger with a wrapping on it (because yall don’t wear gloves); she just walks away from the front counter. another customer that had just finished eating his food chimed in and said his fries were soggy as well he just didn’t expect much better from mcdonald’s as a whole. then a few minutes she came back with a bag that had a small fry(when i originally ordered a medium) and an actually wrapped burger for me. i don’t know what type of manager is hiring people that aren’t capable of even working at a mcdonald’s but something needs to be done because it’s ridiculous that we pay more for worse service and even worse food.

Got my food and my pop cup was more than an inch from full and didn’t have a monopoly piece on it. Asked the employee why it’s not full like at every other McDonalds I visit and I’m given a BS excuse about it being automated.

First time I’ve ever been compelled to make a review for a fast food restaurant… they cannot get a mobile order right at this location. Somehow they pick up the order in the drive thru, give me my receipt, but are always baffled when I come to get my food at this window, and I have to go inside to get them to give me my food. Very frustrating overall.
