My local Chick-fil-A is great. I highly recommend using the mobile app-sometimes you get freebies like free chicken strips.
While it’s best known for its chicken sandwiches, I tried breakfast here and was pleasantly surprised. Many of their breakfast menu include mini hashbrowns like their “Hash Brown Scramble Bowl.”
No complaints about service. I haven’t checked out the atmosphere since I usually get takeout. They have indoor and outdoor seating though.
Overall, I’m a loyal customer.

Staff was polite and well trained. The line moved quickly with two lanes. The food was fresh and tasty. The only issue was we got no napkins, no spoons(for Mac n cheese and the ice cream cup) and also no straws for our 2 drinks. Soo yummy, easy choice!

We typically opt for drive-in service, but on this occasion, we decided to dine in. Our order consisted of the new seasonal offering, the Honey Pepper Pimiento Chicken Sandwich, and our beloved Grilled Chicken Sandwich, accompanied by waffle-cut fries. To our pleasant surprise, the seasonal sandwich outshone our usual favorite, thanks in large part to the delightful addition of pimiento cheese. It was the clear winner in terms of taste. Conversely, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich was somewhat milder in flavor. We got Chicken Soup too which was delicious and super hot.
To complete our meal, we also indulged in a strawberry milkshake, which was quite delightful. The service was notably efficient; they hardly gave us any time to contemplate our order, as there weren’t any other customers ahead of us in line.

My order was messed up which is ok. We are all humans and have bad days, so I waited patiently. But she was refusing to serve or even answer questions from selected few people. When I asked for sauce, her response with an attitude was there’s one already, HOW MANY MORE DO YOU NEED?
REALLY???? FIRST, LEARN TO TREAT ALL EQUALLY. YOU ARE NOT GIVING FOOD FOR FREE.

I tried to reach out through their website by entering the store number and transaction sequence number, but unfortunately, it didn’t accept my information. Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to call Chick-fil-A, and the team took down my complaint, assuring me they would get back to me.
As the weekend went by, I almost forgot about the issue; while it wasn’t the end of the world, I felt it was important to bring it to their attention for the sake of improvement. Then, I received a call from Evelyn. I could sense her warmth and genuine desire to make things right. She truly listened to my concerns and resolved the issue with care. I’m very grateful to her for that. Thank you, Evelyn!

First time here. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. FYI the bathroom codes are always on your receipt (I didn’t know that). I would definitely eat here again. Tried the Cobb Sala w/ Avocado Lime dressing (yum).

The drive thru shows how popular it is – I recommend inside pickup if u r coming for the busy lunch / dinner times for takeout. The dining room is clean and very well maintained. A dedicated staff person watches over the dining room constantly. If u r along the low carb / keto – I recommend the chicken soup + 3 piece filets. Hits the spot. Enjoy !
