Terrible customer service.
Trying to over charge customers when customers not paying attention.
Dishonest cashiers.
Their cashiers treat customers really terribly, and hide their faces & eyes behind masks, and dark sunglass acting, and behaving like thugs with no accountability to their bad behaviors
They have cashiers dressed like bank robbers
Bad fast food. Recycled old leftover from other customers rejects food. ( Disgusting)
I don’t recommend this jack in the box location. Stay away. Go to another fast food place.

Husband and I were in a rush and felt like breakfast sandwiches so we hit up the drive-thru. Order was placed, staff member working the window was excellent, food came super fast, no problems there. When my husband hands the bag of food to me, I set it on my lap and instantly felt the sting of hot oil on my leg. The oil had already soaked through one corner of the bag when it was handed to us and was still hot enough to burn me (thankfully it was minimal contact and moved it quickly, so I’m okay). We also, thankfully, had lots of extra napkins in the car. I placed those between the bag and my lap… the amount of oil that soaked through was HEINOUS. Guys, please, if you’re going to make hashbrowns to order, make sure you’ve thoroughly drained them of oil before bagging. I truly don’t mind waiting a few more minutes for my food if it means not getting burned and grease everywhere. These hashbrowns covered every single item inside this bag with oil, they were still soaked and soggy by the time we got them out of the bag. It’s fast food, I’m not expecting “clean eating” and fully aware it’s gonna be greasy, but this was carelessness for the sake of saving time (and the drive-thru was not busy). Side note: can I please have some coffee with my cup of ice next time? Full to the brim with ice and barely any coffee.

I’m really liking that tater tot and chicken sandwich in the Munchie meal. I added a little barbecue sauce to it made it just right.
Had a really awesome double Jack, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It was just done right. And you can never go wrong with tacos if anything else is back you can always fall back on the tacos to make the world go round. Great service, friendly people

We didn’t get anything. There were a total of three staff members, only one acknowledged us. Said I will be right with you and never came back. While we stood there waiting another couple came in and also left, mind you before us …..because no one came to check on them either. Finally after 5 minutes of hopeful waiting we left empty handed. No food, poor service

I like Jack in the box but this specific location was terrible. The soda machine was out of ice, missing half the flavors, and was so sticky it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The curly fries looked more like leftover scraps. I had to clean the table we sat at. I asked the lady behind the counter what was the difference between chicken nuggets and chicken strips and she said “I’m clocked out, ask someone else”
