.(just two).
I have built rapport with manager Gabby and Lyndsey.. I it has got to a point that If I would order, I would ask anyone to prepare my food but Jada and one other girl with braces (because they were rude people, and made me feel uncomfortable with making my food/. drinks).
Today, I asked another young lady to make my drink and food. Jada got an attitude and brought over the wrong food to me.
Once, I told her it wasn’t correct, she raised her voice and snatched it. Please check your camera. Then attempted to go over and snatched donut wrapping paper and donuts as if I was going to receive that, I asked the cashier the same one to make my drink to fix my order, and she did. I would like to know from the owner is this acceptable. No one deserves to be treated like that visiting any establishment that they enjoyed so much, because there use to be stellar service.. #horrible
At 1:45 pm, I went back into the store and spoke to a clerk named Jaida. Jaida greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help because she remembered me from the drive thru. I explained to her how the drink was not correct and I asked for it to be remade. Behind the counter, two of her coworkers (a young girl and guy, both were possibly Hispanic) came to her side and listened. Jaida apologized and asked what I expected it to taste like, which I didn’t mind. I told her that the drink isn’t sweet, seemed to not have sugar because normally the drink has excess it the bottom when I order it, and it doesn’t taste like caramel like. Jaida told me other stores could have used granulated sugar instead of the liquid sugar they used which may be why I didn’t see any at the bottom of the drink. Also, if the drink didn’t have whipped cream, which mine did not, they would omit the toppings of cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle. I explained that other locations don’t do that and I’d like my drink to be remade with everything the drink normal comes with, plus 3 extra sugars, and no whipped cream per my order’s instructions. Jaida told me that she was sure that the person made it according to the instructions; however, she would personally remake it with my preferences and apologized for the inconvenience. In the background, the two coworkers whispered and laughed with each other while Jaida and I spoke, and walked away when Jaida agreed to remake my order. The younger girl coworker went into the back and the guy coworker looked at me again from the pickup station and laughed. I thanked Jaida for her professionalism and she left to remake my drink.
A few moments later, Jaida came back and gave me my drink at the pick-up station. One of the coworkers, the young girl, was now at the counter. She watched me as a I approached the counter, she gave me a nasty smirk and walked away. I think she is the employee who incorrectly made my drink the first time. Another employee (female) came behind the counter, welcomed me to the store, and asked me if I needed anything. I told her that I’d like to speak to Jaida. Jaida came back, I thanked her for remaking the drink because it was perfect and thanked her for professionalism again.
No one is perfect and accidents can happen with orders. Regardless, there is no excuse for the unprofessionalism of the younger guy and girl to actually talk about me, laugh at me to my face, and ignore me. Management, you are very fortunate to have an employee like Jaida working for you because her work ethic helped to balance the unprofessionalism of your other employees.
