This is my wife’s favorite Starbucks. The location is nice and conveniently located. The inside has bench seating along one wall with a large counter with plenty of space for multiple Barista’s to work. They are fully decked out for the holidays with all their holiday themed offerings and merchandise for sale. The staff is extremely nice and professional. I enjoyed the coffee suggestion and like how they have a mobile order pick up station for grab and go convenience. One of the bathrooms was out of order and the vent is really dusty. But nothing a quick clean could solve.

I visit this Starbucks almost every day and usually spend between $11–$20 per visit. I try to be understanding when mistakes happen, but it’s become a consistent issue whenever I change up my order; it’s either made incorrectly or not at all. As a regular customer, it’s really disappointing to keep paying premium prices for inconsistent quality. Starbucks adds up quickly, and it’s reasonable to expect accuracy and care. This location has been my go-to for a long time, but this is my last straw.

I always come to the Starbucks. It is my favorite and the only place that actually makes the drink the way I order 🙂 and my order is a bit extensive so I wanna give all of them credit for being such a good team!! Buttttt I want to specifically give a fantastic review on a gentleman at the drive-through. My order Is an extensive one and it was taking a little bit longer to make, so while waiting this gentleman, His name is Alex, actually inquired on how my day was and not just trying to make the waiting less awkward, but actually intrigued in what I was talking about! Sometimes it’s not always about the product or the food it is more about the service and that is why I continue to come to this Starbucks! I want to shout out huge shout out to Alex, I actually had to call the store to get his name so I can do a review on this Lol service is great. I highly recommend you won’t be sorry not a Starbucks in town can beat this one! Thank you guys

I don’t normally feel inclined to rate chains but I had a really good experience here. I was up to my eyeballs with grading papers for work and having an overall bad day. Stopped in for some tea and quiet time to work. The barista, Finn, was so kind and genuinely made my day so much better. Just a reminder that a small action can go a long way. Thanks so much for making my day a little brighter.

This was a morning rush of so many online orders and vehicles. I decided to go in since I was in a punch for time. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 pastries and felt like I was only in there for 5 mins. My only complaint: please clean off your equipment well if you know you are making a tea. Us tea drinkers can smell the old coffee ground from a mile away which then ruins my overly priced tea. Also, learn to mix your matcha powder before incorporating it in the latte. Clumps of matcha in the end gulp is never a texture one expects. But, I tip my hat to the chaos that was going on with the morning rush and every single worker had a smile on their face and PHENOMENAL customer service.

The blonde manager lady who is easily 30+ years older than any other employee in there said the most wildly abrasive and rude comment to my father as we came to grab a couple coffees today. Never in my life would I expect someone to be so incredibly insulting and rude – especially unwarranted. No negative exchanges incited this vile behavior – my father and myself were incredibly polite to all the staff. Disgusting

I visited this location and got excellent service! I had a larger order and a specialty white chocolate mocha. It was fast and the girl who took my order was wonderfully patient as my husband ordered over two crying babies. Thankyou Starbucks for understanding being a mom!

I went through the drive through yesterday before work, and ordered a dirty chai iced latte. Got to the window and the girl just handed me a drink after I paid, didn’t go over what it was or verify and ended up giving me some other customers drink! Who ever Emily was that placed a pickup order I hope they were able to fix your order. Very frustrating as this isn’t the first time I’ve ended up with a completely different drink and I couldn’t go back to get the correct order as I was going to be late for work. Please make sure you verify the order you’re giving someone before they pay. Would save a lot of issues and headaches. I was out $8+ for a drink I didn’t order or want.
