I picked up my chicken Philly sandwich and, upon arriving home, noticed blood on both the inside and outside of the wrap. I sent pictures to the associate and explained the situation. Her comment was, “It definitely looks like blood.” She mentioned that a manager would call me, but I still haven’t heard from anyone at this location. I didn’t get a refund either! They totally ignored this complaint. See photos

Visited the Lenny’s Collierville location on Poplar last night… My Chicken Philly salad was so good, I called the restaurant and told them it was the absolute best Lenny’s salad I’d ever had!! Not only was the food exceptional but the service was too! The young lady at the register was so sweet and polite! I think I may get another salad tonight

My daughter wanted Lennys today so we decided to head to the one nearest us, which was this Collierville location. Attempted to order online but the app stated they weren’t accepting orders at the time. No worries, I decided to go in. I always speak and say hello when I arrive somewhere, the staff didn’t acknowledge it. As I was giving the cashier my order she seemed frustrated. I asked if it had been a long day, she responded with a slight nod of yes. That explained the lack of response I received when I came in. The food was Ok, I will most likely pass this location up the next time the family wants Lennys as I usually have a pretty good experience. My daughter wanted olives on her philly cheese steak, she was surprised by the overwhelming amount of olives she received . My Buffalo chicken philly sandwhich was Buffalo sauceless. I assumed this was the management team or franchise owners on staff today, just an assumption though. I realize now I probably should have picked another location or place once the app stated they weren’t accepting orders, they needed a break.

Visited Tonight 10/8/2025 @ 6pm…The manager at this location is horrible, not only to the employees but her customer service skills are terrible. I will be going to Olive Branch from now on.. I will never waste another dollar at this location due to her attitude..

New employees that are slow, careless, and racist. The penultimate time I came in earlier this week my order took about 20 min, and they still got it wrong. Not one but Both sandwiches were wrong. I was disappointed because I used to think this particular Lenny’s was the last good one. And now today, I was appalled by the service I received. Since my order was not in the prepaid orders spot after waiting 20 minutes before even going in after ordering it online, I very clearly told the employee that I had an order for Ethan. Instead of listening, he immediately handed me an order for a Reniqua. Those names sound nothing alike, so it was very clear that he completely ignored what I actually said and just assumed because I am black that that would be my name. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed now.

The bread was hard. They told us we couldn’t get a hot sandwich because they had too many phone orders. The large cup is smaller than other locations. The door to the men’s room is too small for the frame so be careful.
