Just horrible service for dine in and takeout. I understand drive thru is important and has priority but you should complete dine in orders as well especially when it’s only one order to complete. I worked in fast food years ago while I went to college and I know this service was horrible. It was someone in management who actually handled my order. It was an older gentleman and it was just so unnecessary to have us wait for that long. Right when the order was almost complete they actually had to open the bags to retrieve some items because of a mistake they had made. I just don’t understand why they had us wait so long for one order. It was the only order in the lobby for take out. They pushed out almost 10 orders while I waited. That is not fair and it was not right.

Had a issue w a the drive thru girl (all fairness she was hella busy and in the end STILL handed me my burgers w/ a smile!) and the Manager Armando extremely professional about it, took care of the problem quickly thank you

I’M DONE WITH THIS CARL’S JR HERE IN THE FOOTHILLS OF YUMA ARIZONA!! I purchased my order on 9-22-2025 in the night time. The guy at the drive thru window was very sweet. The problem is the food again! This time worse!! There was grease on the wrappers of our burgers plus the containers to hold the waffle fries and zucchini!! My hubby’s was the worse with the grease overload!! I paid extra for his burger because I got him the angus beef that costed me $9.99 plus tax. Even I had some grease on my burger. The grease was just way too much! I wanted to call but I was so angry and didn’t want to loose my temper on the phone. It wouldn’t look good on me. Plus I have been sick for a couple of days to my stomach from the grease being too much. Now I’m calm to write a review instead…..I WON’T GO BACK AGAIN!! I’M DONE WITH THE AWFUL FOOD!! PEOPLE PAY WAY MORE BECAUSE OF INFLATION AND GET TERRIBLE FOOD!! Go figure!! Even if I was offered free food I still wouldn’t go back because it’s not worth being sick over all that grease!!

Literally a asked for a guacamole bacon combo large with onions rings instead of fries but got my burger with onions rings I was expecting them to replace it but instead I get the question if I want to change it. I thought it was obvious I wanted onion rings but its all good because I have mins to go back to work. Also maybe Im just spoiled because the one in San Luis Az is waay better

Very clean. Fast polite service. California dbl stack, fries, drink $5.
Hell of a lot better ( price/ taste) than BK or Mc. Glad I stopped in. Not very busy though, and open 24hrs.

Our sandwiches were very dry .. almost no BBQ sauce on my burger… I’ll have to go back to South Dakota to get a good one … The fries were not even hot … We ate there…. So no excuses for cool fries… It’ll do in a pinch .. but now I understand why the parking lot is empty most days that I go by
