I had risotto with clamps, shrimps octopus and all kinds of exotic fish. You are supposed to peel out the flesh inside of the shells which made me feel like a surgeon. The sea meet tasted fresh and intensive. The rice had the texture I would expect from a good risotto. Only four stars because of the service. They were friendly but they forgot to give me a bowl for the shells. Also when I got a salad they only gave me oil and I had to ask for salt and pepper.

Wonderful place , i ate so good ,normally i need more than they usually give in restaurants but i left the place full !
Everything at the plate was very tasty and fresh with a homemade mayonase that was so light that could be eaten all day.
If you want to eat fresh sea food in the middle of Firenze i really reccomend you this place.
