It’s Texas! Music, slabs of beef, decor of deer, buffalo, saddles and beer! The BBQ ribs melt in your mouth! The 8oz sirloin steak was done to perfection and the sides of seasoned rice, green beans and baked potato outstanding! This place was PACKED on a Wednesday night! Wednesday!
Delightful waitresses, hostess and floor manager. I wanted to try the ‘Roadkill’, but the ribs called my name! Go! Turn Texan for a night!

I was at the outlet mall and decided to go over and grab a meal to take home 20 minutes away from my favorite place Texas Roadhouse. I picked up my order. Service at the pick up window was great! I got chopped steak med well (means slightly pink inside) it was basically raw and I could not eat it….Money wasted!!

Highly recommend. My husband got the porkchop and said it was the best one he’s ever eaten at a restaurant. I got the vegetable plate and enjoyed everything.

Our dinner was very good. I’m so glad we decided to stick with our favorite Texas Roadhouse even if we have never eaten at this location before. It was clean and the service was good. Food didn’t take long and checking in online made everything very fast for us. Bathrooms were good and everyone looked nice at work. Great food every location I have been to. Texas Roadhouse is my husband’s favorite but the families favorite as well.

As a meat gutter for over 30 years from Publix and Costco’s, I can tell you Texas roadhouse is the best fresh cut steaks you’ll ever find. now that being said we have been to at least 9 of the Texas roadhouse’s in Florida and the St. Augustine outlet restaurant is by far the best I have ever been to. Carla took care of us and let me tell you what she is awesome I wished everyone was like him not to mention the cooks in the back, they cook the steak properly in a way that I have never had before. It was incredible. The reason this is such a great place is I live beside the Orange Park location, I can walk to it but after 19 attempts to get a good steak there we will drive all the way to St. Augustine, it’s an hour to go to this place. So as you’re traveling here in Northeast Florida, stop by there and you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!

We eat at this location quite often. Tonight our server was Seville , from the moment we sat down , he was non stop !!! He made sure our drinks were full , didn’t rush us when it came to ordering our dinners. Let us take our time and enjoy our appetizer. When we received our entrees ,he made sure we had everything we needed, sauces , condiments, etc. Mary the manager on duty came around to all the tables , making sure everybody was taking care of or needed anything. We had a great dinner and this was probably one of the best experiences at this Texas Roadhouse yet !!! Next time we visit we will be sure to ask for Seville , he’s the BEST !!! I’d give him 10 stars for service if I could

Server was amazing she was so sweet and quick however, the food runner was rude, shoved our food on our table, and did the same to other people to, just throwing it on the tables as fast as she could then left. My friend got served the dryest, charrd steak I’ve ever seen, and it was so thin. The Mac n cheese was a literal cheese block that wasn’t cooked all the way tasted like cardboard I wouldn’t even serve that to a kid that’s how horrible it was, the “steamed broccoli” that my fiance got wasnt even cooked, just raw. I got a chicken Caesar salad, chicken was ok, absolutely no dressing.

The 2 stars may seem harsh, and I would like to clear, I don’t hate the place. Obviously, I keep going back, just hear me out. The servers and staff are nice and typically do a fantastic job. The food is good and the atmosphere is great! So, begs the question..

This is supposed to be the definition of a steakhouse, right?

In the past 3 or a little more years, we have been coming to this location. We joke about being a gluten for punishment but, them damn rolls and sweet tea are a crutch, I tell’ya!
Furthermore how come 80-100% of the time, do we have to send a well done steak back, when we ordered a medium, only to wait on a blue rare to come back to us and then pay for the steak that we have to finish cooking at home? Please tell me…

Again, for clarity, we are super lenient on the temp but, for a 6 yr old, it can’t be dry and chewy. Its always confirmed by the server, “warm pink center” but, either comes to us as beef jerky or seared on both sides for a full price. I don’t want free stuff. I want steaks made correct the 1st time so my family can all eat their meal together for the 1st time in 3 years of going there.

Not mad, never rude, just very confused how you lay claim but, can’t produce. I would like to know what waste costs are here…
