Recommend reservation, for faster seating. All the employees were like happy to help kind of mentality, which was great considering being how busy the restaurant was. I got the devild bacon eggs,chicken tortilla soup, Cajun Rib eye (asked for medium didn’t get that,hey but it still was good)with mushrooms and onions, AU Gratin Potato, Grilled salmon and shrimp and a chocolate brownie funde. They all tasted great. Will visit again.

Firebirds is a great place to hang out with friends. The atmosphere is inviting and lively, perfect for happy hour. Their happy hour menu is very extensive.
I tried their Double Black Diamond® Martini (a must!), Perfect Margarita, and Moscow Mule—all amazing.
The food was just as good: Prime Rib Sliders, crispy Fired Up Shrimp, spicy Chicken Chile Nachos, and perfectly cooked Steak Tacos.
Everything tasted incredible. On top of that, the staff was super nice and efficient, which made the whole experience even better.

My husband and I Tried Firebirds for the first time on Monday evening for my birthday. We were very pleased with the entire visit from start to finish. The ambiance was perfect, we were greeted warmly at the door. Our server Julian was outstanding and made great recommendations. Unfortunately, they were out of the Tomahawk Porkchop my husband ordered but the Aged Ribeye did not disappoint. From the Margaritas to the main courses and even dessert exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend to anyone who has never been here.

Well I came in with high expectations, partially because of the appearance of the location and atmosphere. Made a reservation so we had no wait. Waiter was ok, usually checked on our table from afar using the thumbs up gesture. Wonder why he didn’t come and speak to us to ask if everything was ok, food, drinks. Had the chicken pasta, was very salty, some of the chicken pieces were cold, showing they microwaved the chicken pieces after cooking the pasta so the 2 werent the same temperature lol. They were “out of” crushed red pepper for my pasta, on a Friday night?! I ordered a few whiskey old fashioned’s. They came in very dirty glassware. Water spots, fingerprints on the rim etc. Pictures here dont do it justice, i had already wiped the rims on the glasses before I drank from them. Drinks were missing some ingredients and they were also “out of” the drink cherries that go in an Old Fashioned. So overall I was disappointed on the food taste and quality and drinks..

I got the NY strip and it was too lean for me. tbh should have gotten the ribeye or filet minion. Would come again to bring my parents

I have had multiple meals here since September and each have been delightful. Service has been a little hit and miss and wait staff seems new. But they are earnest and easy to be patient with. They do take care of you for special occasions and make the moment special. Everything we have tried has been delightful and the cocktails which change with the season are consistently inspired. Lobster queso and deviled eggs are favorite apps, with their salads being a lovely pairing of meat and dressing.

This is a very nice restaurant with amazing service from the host to the servers! Evan and Sherilyn did a great job serving our large group! I believe it was about 13 of us. The taste of all the food was very good. The Chilean Seabass was very tender and flavorful with a large portion. The steaks were very big and tasty as well. Dessert was very good and large enough to share! The drinks were very good as well. We had a very good experience! They were extremely accommodating and caring. Evan is very fun and funny, Sherilyn so attentive and sweet. They made a great team at our table tonight!!

So on my sister’s recommendation we tried a new American wood fired grill for dinner tonight and they did not disappoint. This establishment has a winning business model in my opinion. The open dining area is warm and inviting and the entire staff genuinely cares that you as the customers have the best experience possible. The restaurant itself has unique characteristics and congruent decore that fits together very pleasingly. Especially their bar. It is a testament to delicious and established fine liquor! Everyone was very polite, friendly and inviting from the hostess to the servers to the manager’s and they all genuinely care if your experience is top notch. Ikea was our server and she has an amazing amount of charisma that is a gift and not really something that you can learn. ( one of those rare people that you can just meet but in that same moment feel like you have known her for years) she knows every facet of the menu and the restaurant and is nothing short of amazing and can answer any questions you have about anything with complete confidence and accuracy. We also where served by Madeleine a (server in training) that was also very friendly and trying her best, definitely knows the difference between green onions and chives. (Lol,) We also met Holly thier Plano Gm, Steven their Grapevine location Gm and Kitchen Chef Claudio while we where dining. All where friendly , approachable and really care about our dining experience. Over all we were super impressed with this establishment and we will be back to sample more of their cuisine for future lunch and dinners. The most inviting facets of our first experience was the light aroma of real wood smoke that permeates the atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. My wife and I both sampled the New York strip and the loaded baked potato (was amazing) The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked med-rare to our order. I had the additional Grilled Chimmicurry Shrimp skewer. My wife had the standard Grilled shrimp skewer. (I highly recommend this with any steak you order.. both were truly delicious) We will be back cheers!
