Ordered pizza and chicken nuggets spoke with employee when I placed the order and paid, saying I will tip in cash,which as a former server thought who be appreciated. Had $20 for tip on a $45 order. 90 minutes no food. I call, was told “its been delivered ” sure enough sitting on front porch. No notification no knock on door. Cold food and someone missed out on $20. Happy New Year. Never again with Papa Ginos Burlington.

Disappointed as I would like to see Papa Ginos continue to be around. Placed an order online and paid with a credit card. When I arrived they told me I owed more money bc the coupon I entered wasn’t valid. I showed them my online receipt to show I paid the bill but they wouldnt give me my order unless I paid them additional money. It’s either horrible customer service or a scam.

We got there at close to closing, as we had been shopping all day and needed supper. I had told my bf how great Papa Ginos was and if it’s open we need to go. (We are from Canada, but Papa Ginos has always been a stop in my visits)
The lady working was soo friendly and turned out a pizza quickly. Crust was amazing, as was the sauce. Toppings were slightly space but over all an amazing pizza. Thanks for the great pizza and service
