This is the second straight time that the app said our order was ready, only to find once arriving at the store, that the order was never even started. Both times we have had to wait around an extra 50 minutes to receive our order.
After waiting for the 50 additional minutes, found that they ran out of the thin crust, we ordered on one of the pizzas. The other pizza was missing one of the 4 extras we ordered and paid for.
We placed an online order like 3 hours in advance and it still wasn’t ready when we got there. But that’s not even the worst part…
The pizzas looked horrible. So rushed and some of them straight up burnt…
Some of our members said they found small hairs in the pizza….
Avoid this place at all costs
Don’t come here. You’ll wait forever after the call center quotes a decent time. No good.
This is for the man with the curly brown and red hair wearing the hat at the pizza cutting/boxing station. He’s always there and works that station and will also work the register at times. I don’t know his name and I wish I did because I have been nothing but nice to him any time I’ve been in the establishment.
I ordered ahead of time on the app. It said my food would be ready between 7:05 and 7:15. I get there and wait a few mins in my car because I can already see the long line. I go inside around the time and then proceed to wait another 20mins. Ok no big deal it happens every time I go.
I finally got my food around 7:30 and it’s wrong. I ordered 1 pep pretzel, 2 pep, and stuffed crazy bread with sauce. I got 1 pep pretzel and 3 pep. After he handed me everything he walked away. So I wait a minute while he was talking to someone in the back.
Finally I say excuse me….he ignores…excuse me…he ignores more….EXCUSE ME…he looks up at the lady next to me (not realizing I’m the one calling him) and says “what?” I look him in the eye and say “uh uh none of that, I’m trying to tell you my order is wrong” he walks over as I’m trying to tell him what I’m missing interrupts me and throws a crazy sauce on my pizza. I say that’s not all I’m missing, I tell him what I have and what I was supposed to have. He then proceeds to the back gets the bread and throws that at me as well and walks away.
I take my pizza outside and go back in to get his name. Of course no one in this store is ever at the front and never acknowledges anyone when they come in.
I am so done with this place. I have given them chance after chance and I feel like it has never and will never get better.
I’ve never been so angry and felt so disrespected as I did tonight when all I was trying to do was let them know that a mistake was made.

I recently visited Little Caesars Pizza Today and unfortunately, my experience did not meet customer service expectations.
Service Issues:
* Upon arrival, I was not greeted nor acknowledged.
* I stood there for over 15 minutes without any staff member or manager coming out to the front to see me or the two new customers that just walked in beside me.
* From each employee looking at me only to quickly look away to continue to look busy is beyond anything I could have expected from a Little Caesars Pizza Establishment.
* an employee stuffing their face with pizza to then locking eyes with me and then slowly moving backs wards as if not already seen.
* The on Duty Manager ( Individual In Grey ) within eye view, yet disinterested to take the initiative to come herself or to sent someone to the front to attend to us.
* ⌚️ After finally 20 minutes the one guy attending the boxes finally ascended to the front. No proper greeting, no apology for waiting so long.. nothing.. just a “What Do You Want?” Look on his face

Final Thoughts:
I had high hopes for my visit, but the service left much to be desired. I hope that Little Caesars Pizza can address these issues for future customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon or period.
