Absolutely, the worst experience from missing food in the delivery to having a LONG HAIR baked in my pizza. (Pictured attached) Not on top of the pizza, baked and marinated in the pizza.

We ordered 2 identical pizzas by phone. One pizza did not have the green pepper and the other pizza was missing onions, green peppers, and sweet peppers. This was the first and last time we will order by phone. The person who answered the phone repeated the order correctly, but the pizzas were not made properly. Date 12/31/25 at 4:30. Extremely disappointed since we did pay for the items.

The worker who took our order was very kind and helpful, he was even kind enough to allow my 5yr old granddaughter to use the restroom although it does state there is not a public restroom. He must be a dad himself, lol every parent knows a 5yr old don’t the meaning of can you hold it ? Great food at a good price. We ordered the sausage pizza a cheese pizza and a order of bread sticks.

Crazy inconsistent. Little Caesars can be good but this location is really all over the place with quality and I’ve also seen people come in to missing orders several times while I was picking up and once my order was missing as well.
I’ve gotten stuffed crust that looked mangled with very wide sections folded over like a calzone-pizza hybrid. I’ve gotten crazy puffs the size of muffins and also ones size of a mini pizza bagel. Today I ordered the Detroit style deep dish and it came with about 1″ of bare crust and not a whole lot of cheese. The whole point of the deep dish is that the toppings are supposed to go to the edge. Also seems like they are shrinking the portion sizes.
The people who work there put in hardly any effort and don’t greet people half the time and usually seem lost about what they are doing and where orders are located. They moving along like limp toddlers who don’t want to be there. I’ve worked food service, so I understand that it’s a shitty job, but in the last 5 years this place seems to function at half-assed on a good day. I’ve also seen workers argue with customers when they come back with issues with their order.

Ordered at the drive thru and asked what pizzas were already available to purchase. Ordered two of the pizza’s that were already made, but was told I had to wait 5 minutes to get the pizza. Good lord, it took about 20 minutes to get the pizza I ordered that was already made and ready to purchase. When they said it was hot n ready, it definitely wasn’t ready. And they forgot to give me two of the other items I purchased, but definitely wasn’t going to wait any longer.

After an hour and a half wait, finally got our pizzas and our stuffed crust looked like this, and yes it wasn’t pretty, but tasted ok. Yes a few pieces are missing. Crazy busy and nothing coming out of ovens…one person over the age of 20 in there, so working with what or who they can. First pic 11 months ago, second pic today….

Call ahead of time to make your order, but pls check your order to make sure it is done correctly. Pretty quick service when you call ahead of time. I didn’t check my order due to all orders have been greatly done, but they forgot my pepperoni on my pretzel pizza, but just a quick call, they’re nicely making it rt. So 5☆’s for great service even tho I forgot to check as usual. Thanks to the staff for quick service, hot food & most definitely not being rude or such for a quick fix. It speaks greatly & its very much appreciated 3/16/21 @ 430 ish shift that were great!

I ordered a plain pretzel crust pizza and when I got home and opened the box it was literally raw and they forgot the salt that goes on the pretzel. That is dough. 0/10.

The staff was so helpful, even helping me carry the large order of pizzas to my car! A birthday party full of people were so appreciative, the order was quick, on time, and tasty. Can’t ask for more 🙂
