Good was delicious. Tiramisu was good. Its BYOB which we hadnt known prior to going. Staff was friendly. I would def go back. We got the chicken soup, veal parm but sub with vodka sauce and grilled lemon chicken.

Carollo’s has been one of my favorite places for take-out for years now. I love everything from their bacon cheesesteak to the turkey wrap to the amazing chicken pastina (always good but a great choice if you’re not feeling well).
Last night, I finally had the opportunity to dine in at Carollo’s for my mother’s birthday. From the moment we walked in, it was an all around amazing experience. We were welcomed with open arms by everyone and immediately seated. The atmosphere was lovely, as the restaurant is beautifully designed and decorated and has a cozy vibe. We were very lucky to have Amanda as our waitress, as she is both fantastic at her job and a genuinely warm, kind-hearted person. As much as I have always enjoyed their takeout, eating in was even better. Carollo’s pays attention to every detail, down to having the absolute best garlic knots to start your meal. I also had my favorite chicken pastina, and my entrée was incredible. I had the tortellini alla pana, which is an alfredo sauce with peas and pancetta. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who loves pasta. Head chef Alex and the rest of the kitchen staff truly outdid themselves with every meal our party ordered.
To top off the night, the staff sang “Happy Birthday” to my mom and brought her an amazing dessert. The rest of us couldn’t decide on which desserts we wanted (everything looked enticing), and I ended up having the chance to try both of my top choices. Both the peanut butter explosion and the dark side of the moon cake were beyond exquisite. I couldn’t possibly rate one as better than the other.
The entire evening was wonderful, and I want to thank everyone at Carollo’s for their hospitality, incredible food, and perfect atmosphere for a birthday dinner. I will definitely be back!

If you live in Moorestown, you know Carollo’s! It’s the perfect community spot with a staff that treats everyone like family. The pasta is phenomenal (that marinara is a must-try!) and the portions are huge. Love seeing how much Kay supports our local service providers and police. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere.

This place was wonderful. It was our first time, but we will definitely be back. Food was delicious, wait staff was excellent, friendly and extremely attentive. And I believe it was the owner who stopped by our table and greeted us. What a lovely gesture! The whole atmosphere was just so warm and inviting. We have since experienced their pizzas, amazing, our go to pizzas even though it’s a bit out of our way.

We had dropped our daughter off to some cheerleading event and we happened to see this place in the middle of the town. Looked nice from the outside so we took a chance and went in. Got a table in the back. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and we were greeted fairly quickly. Menu wasn’t too extensive. We happened to get there. I believe it was on a Sunday so it was a dinner menu. We were unable to get some of the sandwiches that look delicious that were offered like the pork with the broccoli rabe. That being said, I ended up getting a chicken parm dinner. Chicken was good. Wish it was a little bit thinner but was tasty. Came with a pasta marinara sauce was good. My wife got a shrimp Parmesan which looked and tasted absolutely delicious.

What a gem in moorestown! First off the ambience is romantic, cozy. I dont think I’ve ever had nicer, sweeter servers. Kay the owner,who has a personality as big as his heart, is usually there checking on tables, speaking with customers. The food is amazing, always torn between wanting to try something new, but then always wanting to get a favorite from previous visits! Skip the chains with frozen, reheated food ( I could do that at home) and come here for a meal that rivals an Italian grandma’s cooking i used to have.! For a romantic night out or a family celebration (they Accommodate with table size needed) i have no doubt this will become your go to spot!

An Absolute Gem with Impeccable Service! (Moorestown, NJ)
We had a fantastic experience at Carollo’s recently with a group of six, and it truly exceeded expectations. This is the definition of outstanding, casual Italian dining.
Everything was perfectly timed from start to finish. Our soups and salads arrived precisely when they should, and when the entrees came out, they were all piping hot and delivered simultaneously—a rare feat for a large party! Every dish was exactly as described and tasted genuinely delicious. The portions are incredibly generous, and all six of us left completely satisfied.
A special shout-out must go to our server, Khushi. Her service was perfect: she was friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. She made sure that our dining flow was seamless.
The entire staff’s patience and kindness truly capped off the evening. Even though we were the last table and the restaurant was technically closed, they were so nice and patient. They didn’t rush us out while we waited about 15-20 minutes for a sudden heavy rain shower to pass.
Thank you, Khushi and the entire Carollo’s team, for a wonderful meal and for going above and beyond in your hospitality! We can’t wait to return.

First time trying. Ordered lasagne. It’s a 2 layer pasta, so I’m guessing it was done in a pizza dish. Dry and unseasoned. Bolognese with rigatoni. Again the gravy was lackingg spices and the dish needed more sauce for the amount of pasta. Sinatra chicken dish. Better flavor, chicken was dry.
The staff was friendly. I suggest they taste the sauce and spice accordingly. Buy a deep dish pan for the lasagne.

Everything was amazing at Carollo’s last night. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with smiles and a very welcoming atmosphere. The eggplant appetizer and rolls were a great start to an incredible dinner prepared by Alex Testa. The chicken Sinatra and the lemon chicken were to die for, not to mention the wonderful desserts.
