This place is amazing! It had been years since I had really good French fare. Fresh baked bread fresh made deserts I recommend creme brulee it was amazing. The French onion soup was out of this world. Very clean atmosphere and love the fireplace . The employees are so informative and polite it was our first time there and they were willing to help and make our experience awesome.

Omg I love this place so much, it’s my new favorite place, the service was amazing they are so so sweet and they care about your experience so much. And don’t get me started on the good o m g the food is to die for, they don’t charge nearly enough for the amount of food they give and the freshness and tastiness of it all is immaculate. You definitely have to get the creme brulee that was my first time having it and I am already craving some more. 100/10 I definitely recommend coming here and I will absolutely be returning again. You guys are amazing!!!

La Madeleine is always such a great experience! The crème brûlée and croissants are absolutely delicious — fresh and full of flavor. The chicken friand with wild rice is my favorite dish, and the Chicken La Madeleine is also a must-try. My daughter got the Monte Cristo croffle and she loved it! Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting.

We visited this location for dinner tonight and unfortunately had a concerning experience.
While ordering, we watched two employees prepare salads directly in front of us. One employee was handling fresh bread with bare hands. Shortly after, that same employee helped prepare one of our salads — again with no gloves and without washing her hands between tasks. The second employee preparing food was wearing only one glove at first, and later removed it entirely.
We also observed employees moving between handling food and using the computer/register without washing their hands in between.
We didn’t want to make a scene in the moment, but it felt unsanitary and uncomfortable to watch. A few hours later, one of us became ill. While we cannot say with certainty that it was related, the food handling practices we observed did not inspire confidence.
We hope management reviews food safety protocols and reinforces proper hygiene procedures with staff.

Food was decent. Not a large Caesar for the price. Tomato soup is excellent. The workers were arguing with each other for like five minutes, very weird. I’m pretty sure their superior was there watching and did not do anything. Free bread is super nice. Didn’t charge us for coffee which was also nice. Would probably go back.

Very welcoming, helpful staff!!! We arrived with a very large group. They assigned us to an area somewhat separate from the main dining- pushed tables & chairs together so we could sit together & visit. Very nice!!!!

Delightful, refreshing, and filling, and easier to “tour” with a meal that won’t weigh you down, everything I was craving +on the healthy side. Being that Louisiana is French, making Madeleine’s menu stand out aside from the traditional French creole side, its a nice lite choice. Staff is nice although I’ve yet to dine in, i’m sure they’re AMAZING. I ordered takeout with the convenience of local lodging. This is a great spot for local restaurants. Even though its covid everyone still seems to be operating efficiently

I ordered a blueberry lemon cheesecake and an oatmeal raisin pecan cookie. The cheesecake was delicious! It was a small amount, but actually a perfect size. The lemon wasn’t overpowering and the blueberry added a nice touch. The oatmeal cookie was soft and delicious. Tasted like oatmeal.

I love love love this place food is always good. But who I love the most is Mr Jeffrey the pastry guy I love him with all my heart ❤️ he is such a great guy with the best service he should get a raise he always greets people so well❤️. I don’t understand why people be fussing with him he is the sweetest guy I have met. Every time i come to the madeleine and he’s there he just greets me so so well I love him for being so nice to everyone. And the fact that he drives far every day and still have to stay to do pastries, it’s insane. He has energy and yet energy to have ti deal with rude customers. Such a humble loving gentleman HE REALLY DO DESERVE A RAISE. Love this place so much.
