Disappointed. Wanted brown sugar oatmeal which was an astounding $5.32 plus $1 tip and they served me instant oats in hot water and handed three packets of sugar in the raw(which is not brown sugar).
$6 for instant oats is criminal
If I knew it was instant oats I would’ve went next door and got it from ShopRite.
The manager made it for me the other day and it was great. This time was just disgraceful. Tells a lot when the boss isn’t around.

Had to make this review because it was the best food experience I’ve had in a while.. not kidding and I’m picky. Nicest people to start with, freshly brewed coffee was incredible. Medium roast was what I got. All American bagel was outstanding- by far the best bagel I’ve had in my life. And I’m almost 31 sheesh. . Thank you manhattan bagel for giving me what truly is a manhattan bagel experience.

I love it here they are always so nice even when they are busy. Today I came in and needed a last minute box of coffee. Of course it’s during a busy Sunday shift, yet Shak helped me immediately got me what I needed and was out the door in 10 mins. On a busy Sunday too! Will always come here

Always convenient, quick, and consistent. The pork roll, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel with SPK always hits the spot. Their avocado toast is also delicious.

Decided to give this business another chance after having an order that was wrong about five weeks back. I had one thing wrong and missing one thing. I was missing two items then.
This time they did better. I am missing three items. But at least what was there was right.

In the land of individual bagel joints, can you believe I’m saying this. This place has the best plain bagel (not toasted) with butter around. It’s just a good ol’ fashioned bagel with butter. The staff are very nice too.

First time ever coming here today . The picture of the smokehouse bagel looked amazing so I wanted to try it.. and it looked nothing like the picture very disappointed .one picture is the one in the window vs what I got … About the only thing that’s accurate is the price because nothing is cheap in Manhattan.

The service is okay at best, but my order is repeatedly messed up. Why would you have someone that doesn’t have a complete grasp of English at the order station? I’m happy to see the diversity, but please make sure that the person taking orders can understand them… why would anyone put vegetable cream cheese on super cinnamon bagels?!?
