I hate this location! The rudest people I ever dealt with. My mom ordered a pizzoli earlier in the evening and it looked okay, a little brown for my taste but okay. I ordered two later that evening and it was a dry piece of bread with no toppings and butter. I just so happen to check it before I left and the guy said, “it just don’t have garlic butter on there.” I asked why not and he just stared at me with the rbf and said I could put some on there. When I asked about the crust on the top he said they didn’t have no more. He dust my stuff in garlic butter. I had to stop him. I believe he was trying to be funny. I left and plan never to return. What really made me give this review is that I asked him if he had changed his glove after taking my cash and he said that he did. He had not! I watched him go right back to work.

The pizza was burned. We had to rip it bc it was not cut. The other pizza although not burned did not have all the toppings on it. The person in the back making the dough was not wearing gloves. It’s a triple NO!!! Not returning and I need a refund ASAP

This is my second bad experience in a row at this location, and unfortunately, it ruined dinner for my family again.

I came in around 7:30 PM to place an order. I asked the gentleman at the counter what the specials were. He told me they had two medium pizzas for $23 and some change, and also a BOGO Tuesday deal with two large pizzas for $19 and some change. I decided to go with the two large pizzas. He told me it would be about 15 minutes.

I ended up waiting until 8:10 PM. During that time, the manager came over and asked for the name on the order. The employee who took my order never even got my name, so I had to explain what I ordered. After waiting even longer, the same employee brought me two medium pizzas. I told him I ordered two large pizzas. He set the boxes down and walked away without resolving the issue.

Later, another employee asked what my order was because they had finished making all the pizzas. I explained again, and she spoke to the manager. The manager came over and told me his associate said I ordered two medium pizzas. I clearly told him that was incorrect. At that point, I asked for a refund immediately.

I also reminded him that the last time I came here, my order was messed up as well. I gave this location another chance, and once again, my order was handled incorrectly. If employees aren’t competent enough to properly take and confirm orders, they shouldn’t be working the front counter.

Needless to say, my family’s dinner was spoiled again, and I had to figure something else out at 8:30–9:00 at night.

Very disappointing experience. Thanks again, Marco’s Pizza.

My wife called the store and your store delivery driver left my pizza sitting on the hood of my car instead of bringing it to my door. When I called to find out why, the manager told me the driver couldn’t approach the house because there was “an animal” in the yard.

That animal? A bird.

Not a dog. Not a raccoon. Not a bear. A bird. One single bird decided to post up outside my door and apparently that was enough to stop the whole delivery operation. The driver made it all the way up my driveway, got out of the car, SAW the bird and turned around.

I don’t know what species it was but I can tell you it was not large. We are not talking about an owl. We are not talking about anything that should cause a grown adult to abandon a pizza on a car hood and flee.

If you drove all the way to my house and walked far enough to see the bird, you were close enough to knock on the door.

I returned the pizza and will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. I told , the manager point blank, you know,one of these kids making a delivery over in the city of Atlanta or Cobb,Hall, Newtom, Rockdale Bib or Athens, would not let a bird stopped them from making their tip money.

Now let me add this context, my wife after checking her phone did see that she had some missed calls and text from the driver. But if you couldn’t reach us and the bird scared the driver then simply take the pizza back to the store you don’t leave it in the driveway.

This location really needs to know what LIGHT pizza sauce means or pay more attention to the instructions on the orders. This happens everytime I place an order for delivery not to mention having to spend over $15.00 to get it delivered for it to get to you and be wrong. I’ve had to go up to the location more than once to get my order remade correctly with light sauce and extra cheese I’m PAYING for and never receive. I just received 3 pizza I’ve spent $30 on for them all to be wrong. I don’t mind spending the money but I would
like to be able to actually eat what I’m paying for I have a 3 boxes of sauce and bread with barely any cheese.

The pizza is carefully created by an amazing staff. Hot, fresh and got me right for college football Saturday.
My only problem is the square cut option. I requested multiple times and i either got regular cut or no cut at all. Overall they got me as a local customer and I will be returning for more of their pizza

So we go in the Marcos pizza on race track and this guy is making pizzas without gloves and a cold sore What caught my attention is that he was wiping his clothes and nose with his hands but never washed them. I said can you please put some gloves on when making our pizza he got mad and start talking on the phone about me saying i’m short staff and I have the health inspector in here. I was doing good 2 sec ago until….. ✌ I said no I’m not the health inspector I’m an RN I was about to curse him out but we walked out. As I was leaving he said maybe next time I’ll give you my car keys so yall can go to Golden Corral. This is usually my go to pizza restaurant and most of the time I see staff wearing gloves. I don’t think i’m going back.

I am a customer who suffers from Celiac Disease ( meaning I am highly allergic to gluten and wheat products) I purchased several pizzas to be delivered to my home one of which was a cauliflower crust due to my condition. My gluten-free pizza arrived with a gluten crust. And because I am highly allergic I identified it immediately before eating it and returned to Marcos to have it replaced. The closing manager on 10/17, although nice, misread the toppings and had to remake it a 3rd time. To my knowledge I was getting a newly made pizza until I got home I had no way of knowing that she just added a topping and cross-contaminated my gluten-free pizza. Gluten to persons with Celiac disease is worse than food poisoning. BEWARE DON’T BUY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE GLUTEN SENSITIVE. I have been vomiting and in bed sick all day. This bad decisions has cost me severely because gluten triggers my autoimmune. My husband was so upset he wants to seek attorney counsel because this was not my first incident getting the wrong crust and considers this mistake careless and intentionally.

I placed a order online at 8:30 pm and selected 9:15 delivery time, I continously checked the track your order and each time there was a different time. I checked prior to making the review and the app is saying delivery will be 10:40 (pizza was delivered at 10:26), which is 2 hours after I placed the on-line order. When placing the order there was no indication orders were running behind. I have called continously for 30 minutes and no answer! This is unacceptable! I live about 5 miles from this location, if my husband and I were not on a date night in Sandy Springs I would have just picked up the pizza ( my sitter is unable to drive). While typing this review a cold pizza was delivered at 10:26. In the future they should tell you when ordering they are experiencing a delay with delivery.
The Salad was very wet and lettuce was brown.
