BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN BASTROP! I know I may be a white boy but I grew up with a Mexican step mom and was surrounded by good cooking in the south. This place reminds me of home and sometimes even better! Please give them a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Finally, we decided to stop by this place to try them out. Best decision of the day! The chicken quesadilla was full of meat and flavorful, my kids definitely enjoyed it. Beef torta was good too, but the pastor burrito hit the spot for me. Definitely will try other things in the future. Kudos to the team there.

I ordered the chicken breast plate with green peppers, a side of Mexican rice and beans. It was definitely worth the stop! My son and husband got the Hibiscus tea aka Aguas de Jamaica and they both said that it was on point!

Best beef burrito in Bastrop (and I believe I have tried them all). One reason it tastes so good is they put fresh pico, which most places around here put lettuce and tomatoes (which gets soggy). Chicken enchiladas are excellent too! Highly recommend They need to advertise and put a sign out front of Chevron.

I found this place by accident and I’m so glad I did. I’ve tried a little of everything and so far it’s been delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the people are very kind. The best part is that they are open late on the weekends. This is my new go to spot
