I think this might be like the second review I’ve ever written. I left work and my son asked for Taco Bell. I spent $34. I don’t expect it to be an amazing meal ok, it’s Taco Bell. But this was the worst it’s ever been. I just got home and I’m missing the Mexican pizza (pretty large item in a box), one Doritos locos taco (of the 4 I ordered) had the meat in the shell but the lettuce and cheese were outside of it. Oh and I ordered supreme (she asked if I wanted supreme), the shells for the Doritos locos tacos tasted terrible/stale, and the woman working didn’t have good customer service. She didn’t smile once. Look, I get it, you work at Taco Bell. But do you really have to be so miserable?! I smile and thank everyone. Even if I’m exhausted and having a bad day. I’m too tired to go back out and I hate telling someone they made mistakes so I’m just going to write this stupid review. This Taco Bell is probably the worst in Frederick county. That’s it.

Went through drive through. Didn’t see a place to order, pulled up to the window you have to drive around the building to place your order then back around to pick up your food. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The fries and drink was good but the chicken was in a mess of hot sauce. It was one big mess. The chicken was very hard to chew. I was not thrilled with that at all. It didn’t say anything on the sign about hot sauce,it just said spicy chicken. The sauce was just everywhere. I was only person in drive thru and had to wait forever to get my food. Then had over half my food missing. Just to see they just had my food sitting on counter. Really need better management

They legitimately told me if I wanted to have a good experience to go to the Frederick location. They don’t take the mobile app. There’s one friendly man that works here and the women are so hostile. If you order inside they just throw unmarked food on the counter and if you ask them who belongs to they freak out.

Stopped by for a lunch break, just got a beef chapula and a drink. Honestly the best tasting chalupa I’ve had in sooo long. Most Taco Bells I go to, the shell is stale and gross or flavorless. This one was perfectly crunchy and fresh. Thanks so much 🙂

This place is so busy and managed so poorly. They take a thousand years to take an order and even longer to make the orders. Their drive thru is always packed, and they don’t offer many of the same deals many other locations offer, and they don’t even do online ordering. It’s so bad. I’ve never seen a restaurant managed so badly. My family have lived in town for most of our lives, and we know never to go to this restaurant.

If I could give this place no stars I would! My husband stopped here on the way to the high school for my son’s football game and stood at the counter to order for 20 minutes and never got helped. We ended up going to McDonalds right next door and got great service. This place needs to be managed better.
