I have to say, seldom does a vegetarian roll really impress me, but the tempura sweet potato roll was awesome! We loved it so much, we got two to go! The bento box was a treat, I enjoyed being able to pick my own sides. The deluxe sushi plate tasted fresh. Overall, it was a delicious dinner. We’ll be back again!

We visited on Wednesday at 5:45 to celebrate a birthday and waited over an hour to get our food. There were maybe 4 other tables in the entire place. Our waitress did apologize and said they were backed up because of to go orders. The food was good but we can get the same rolls at other locations, we will not be back. We thought it was unacceptable that they were prioritizing to go orders over people sitting there. They also forgot our appetizer and brought it out after sushi.

Sushi Castle is hands down one of my favorite sushi spots. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are creative, and everything comes out beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about quality and consistency. The service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere is relaxed but still great for a date night or dinner with friends.

Ordered takeout sushi and was really disappointed. Clearly the tuna had been frozen it was a light pink as tuna gets when frozen. The rolls were falling apart in the container and made horribly like a child did it. The rainbow roll judt had a hunk of dry fish on top of the roll that fell off and last but not least, my crispy spring roll had no veggies inside and was still doughy inside.

Our first time here but a gem in Castle Rock where good sushi is slim pickings! The choices of sushi were awesome and the food authentic and delicious at pretty affordable prices! They had BOGO beer and sake and miso soup on the house! I got the crunch roll and Vegas roll yum!! My kids loved it too! We’ll def be back!
