Tried the Apollo Guisado (Chicken stew). Was probably the best thing I’ve ever paid for only $10.99! Came with an assortment of veggies, rice, flavorful beans with pork, salad and hand made tortillas! Warm and friendly service and brightly colored dining room. Favorite Salvadorian place I’ve tired!

Walked in and placed an order to go, got an item not on their printed item but is on the banner where you order, decided to try something different and get the cows feet soup. Element at first I almost was not sure I went to the right place since the windows are tinted and I just saw the sign for the higher grounds coffee, but don’t let that scare you away. 🙂 The guacamole is delicious.

Por first time eating here. The good was delicious and was completely authentic. Three portion sizes were good and the prices were reasonable. The store is currently underground renovation, so the atmosphere is not quite there, but I’m sure that will improve once construction is done. Overall, great food and service. Will definitely go back.

Sopa de gallina? More like a sopa de pimentones. Ensalada de frutas? Tasted super old and they added a bunch of cut up grapes no other frutas. Yuca and chicharrón ? If you like 3 pieces of dry dry dry chicharrón with no flavor, Go ahead. Pupusas were okay !
