Tuscany has all the potential in the world, the menu is diverse and the food is really good. Their chicken Alfredo is the best I’ve ever had. BUT…… I’ve been here three times and the service has never been good. To begin with they’re usually out of something, stuff for their drinks to ranch dressing. The past two times I’ve came I have had to go get a waiter to get served. Takes on average 10-15 minutes to get your alcoholic beverage. Our waitress took our order and then came back 7 minutes later asking if we had ordered. Both times the restaurant was not really busy, there was no wait and a third of the tables were open. I want to come back because the food is phenomenal, but they have to fix their customers service because it’s just plain bad.

Always have a great experience with the group of employees that work there. I called after locking up at work at 9pm and called in my order. I explained I probably wouldn’t get there until after they close at 9:30pm due to being several miles away. I was very politely and kindly told it wouldn’t be a problem. I got there and they prepared my order while I waited to make sure it was fresh and hot. I appreciated that I didn’t have dinner that was cold or sitting under a heat lamp. I have been there several times and never had a bad meal or a bad experience. I absolutely love the Sorento dish!!! Great Job folks!!!

There is finally a restaurant in this location that is worth going to often. Multiple failed restaurants preceded Tuscany and I had my doubts about this one too. Thankfully, it didn’t take me long to figure out this food was really great. The calzone are ginormous and worth it alone, but lasagna, chicken fettuccine and more have all been good. I usually place carry out orders and they are fast and accurate. Definitely recommend.

The food was phenomenal!! The price for all that we ate was very reasonable! This is a must go to restaurant!!! Wonderful atmosphere. The spinach dip is the bomb!! Our waiter definitely knew how to do his job…our beverages were never empty and his attentiveness made the experience that much better!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The food was fantastic, very authentic, very flavorful, hot and delicious and they serve breadsticks while you wait and my entree filled me up with extra to take home. I can’t say enough good things about it. The atmosphere was very spacious and quiet yet cozy not a lot of people on a Saturday night and had some very beautiful stone work inside. My only complaint was with our particular server, she was very nice but was not very attentive. Prices were average for any sit down place. Had lots of TV’s. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be returning.

Things can sure change in 6 months. I used to love this place, now I am not so satisfied. My wife asked for more ranch dressing for her salad and they said they were out. Also she ordered the hot fudge lava cake for desert. Also no chocolate sauce. Then charged me .50 per cup for extra marinara. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and been pleased with both the food and the service, however, my last experience was terrible. Waiter was late taking order and I was nearly 15 minutes trying to track him down to get our bill and leave after we had finished eating. I finally stood at the front desk to await someone to get a bill and tender payment. The person who waited on us was the one to appear. I paid with a credit card, added only a $4 tip on a $43 dollar bill because I was very displeased with the service. When the bill was posted to my credit card account, they had taken an $8 dollar tip. I called my credit card vendor and will receive a $4 credit but I am upset that they tried to pull this off. I plan to visit them in person to register my complaint. I think that they have tried to pull a fast one.

This place is terrible the only reason why I put one star is because it wouldn’t let me put zero. I walked in around lunch time and waited 10 minutes before seeing a single employee, then waited another 10 minutes just to give a drink order. So unless you can seat yourself, serve yourself, and make your own food then I would never recommend. Oh and keep in mind that we had to go to the managers office just to get him to grab our server.

This place is terrible. I’ve called in to-go orders several times with them telling me it would only be about 20 minutes. I arrive within 20 and it’s never anywhere close to ready. I think they wait for you to arrive, then find out what you ordered them begin to make it. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The food is mediocre at best.
