10/10 experience EVEN right before closing (8:15PM). Came knowing that it’s the end of the night and we might not be able to get everything we wanted but we went through the drive thru and Kevin took our order and was SO nice and patient. Went above and beyond in his service and communication with us we were so pleased with our food and experience that I hope the franchise owner recognizes that you have a great hire who does a great job even at the end of their shift. We will be back!

My food photographed really well, and it had a lot of potential. The bread was good, the toppings were good, but what should have been the main attraction (the beef) was quite tasteless. Even just salt and pepper would have helped. I’m not certain of the exact name of what I ordered – but it was their signature sandwich with double the meat. Regular size. No substitutions, no deletions, no add-ons. It needed horseradish, spicy mustard or au jus – anything would have helped. I also ordered the black and bleu fries. The bleu cheese sauce had some twang to it, but the fries should have been tossed in the blackening seasoning. Instead it was bizarrely piled on top – only flavoring the other flavoring? And I didn’t realize there would be additional flavorless beef added to the fries. How’s that supposed to work? Dry flakes of beef don’t stick to fries.
Check out the photo I posted with this review. That picture LOOKS like I should have enjoyed my meal. And I must say the service was great. And had I walked back up to the counter, I might have been able to get something added to my meal to salvage it. I didn’t. That’s on me.

Got a triple cheesesteak with mayo lettuce tomato. It was a great lunch. Sad that the dining room was closed . Would have liked to wash my hands before I ate but that doesn’t take away the fact that I was satisfied with my lunch . Would definately go again if in the area . Hopefully the dining is open then

Steak Escape has great steak or chicken Philly sandwiches. They got a great deal less than $10. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and juicy with vegetables and cheese. The service was fast and friendly. WiFi was fast. The place was clean with live games on screens.

I had never heard of Steak Escape until this week. Let’s just say I will never be able to forget these fries!! They were absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try other stuff from the menu! I couldn’t believe how big the serving was for the price!

This was so disappointing how I absolutely love Steak Escape! I paid 15 dollars for a large sandwich that was filled with bread and cold fries! I’m shocked!

The last two times I’ve been here, I was disappointed. Their protein portions have significantly decreased while their prices have increased. In addition, the quality of the meat went down as well. My current food is so heavily peppered that its all I can taste. I used to love this place which is a shame.

Wow what a ripoff. Ordered the large and didn’t get enough meat to fill the bread. All of the requested toppings were missing. The food was cold. Yeah no, that’s a $17 sandwich and it’s half plain bread. Not good. Won’t be back, suggest you don’t go either.
