Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rochester Hills is hands-down one of the best ways to start my day. The service is always wonderful—fast, friendly, and efficient—and the staff there genuinely seem happy to see you. Every other week I bring Einstein’s bagels into work, and my coworkers actually look forward to those mornings. The bagels are consistently fresh, great quality, and a total crowd-pleaser. You can count on this location for great food, great service, and a great start to the day. Highly recommend!

We always stop here when we are in Rochester. .. while the staff is helpful.. they don’t listen.. I have yet to have my order come to me the way I order.. bagel lightly toasted and buttered. They just cannot seem to get the 2 to happen at the same time.. either we receive no butter but toasted or butter but not toasted. Very frustrating . Our order is always a take out so errors not discovered until we are in the car driving

I was appalled when I walked in the place was trashed. Apparently, the manager was in the back. Yelling at somebody belittling them calling them stupid and all that
I place my order.
At the corner, we’re out of this. We’re out of that. How can this be the bagels are right there in the case. But you’re out, it’s so poorly. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. She said, well, the person who makes the coffee was on break. I think the whole crew here should be fired.Except for the person, it was being belittled.And i’m assuming three or four of them were back there to belittle her, and I’ll make fun of them.And what not

I placed an online order and realized immediately afterward that I had forgotten to add an item. I tried calling the store multiple times right away, but no one answered.
I then went to the store in person and politely explained the situation, apologizing for my mistake and asking if it could be corrected. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
I believe customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are courteous and take responsibility for an error. I was disappointed by this experience.
Note: I guess if you looks different then they would treat you bad.

I can’t believe that I am leaving this review. I came to this shop today at something like 1:52pm. I knew they were going to close soon so I asked for my food to go. I ordered coffee and a bagel with shmear. I was talking about what I want. In the end the woman that appeared to be in charge said “I don’t have coffee, It is written on the door.” They took an order, made a bagel, I paid(no usual senior discount, they always give it to me), I got my order, and only when I asked for a cup I was told that there is no coffee. She didn’t apologize for not telling me. She just said, it was written on the door. I speak with an accent, I tend to think it was discrimination. I don’t eat food without a drink and I had no use for the food I just bought.

Customer service was good. Timing exceptional=Fast&Friendly. Only complaint is I ordered: one Farmhouse with one egg and a bacon&cheddar on a French toast bagel. Whelp, they forgot the most important part, the main protein,my bacon. So, my cheddar and egg on French toast bagel was good. The farmhouse was exceptional and prepared perfectly.
