Not sure what the record is for taking the most time to cook 2 extra crispy chicken breasts & 5 chicken tenders but this place is definitely going after it. It was a “to go” order and the worst part was getting home and finding out the breasts were not extra crispy although I was told that was the reason for the delay and yes, I was charged extra. From the time of I placed the order until I received it was 35 minutes! I do not recommend this establishment if you only get 30 mins for your lunch break.

We went the other night to get a root beer freeze. The freeze was not frozen at all so we pulled back up to the window and asked if they would fix it/remake it. He said it’s supposed to be like that (it’s not, we have been a lot and gotten these a lot). And then took the drink back through the window (lid and all), put more icecream in the same cup, reblended it and handed it back out. Even tho we had already tried it and had told him that. Most places won’t take anything back if it’s been handed out and I was really grossed out that they did. The freeze wasn’t great and the food service/handling was just gross.

This location couldn’t handle giving customers a cup of water without having them pull to the side.
I have not had one drive-through order that did not require me to pull up into the side. The general manager does not help at all and the people who work your window have the worst attitude of any restaurant that I’ve gone to in all of Cedar city.

What is wrong with kfc? This chicken sandwhich is totally burnt. How did they not see this when they were putting it together? I’m tired of the poor quality lately. This is the worst sandwhich I’ve had there. The last few times I’ve been, the chicken has been overdone and a little dry but not burnt to a crisp like this. Please KFC, get better! You used to rock and now you don’t.

I always have a good experience coming through this place, from the people to the food. Personally a famous bowl is my go to, but my family often enjoys coming in a taking home a family meal for us to enjoy. The person up front is always kind and enjoyable making conversation and the drive thru is very speedy. Manager is a very nice lady who’s always helpful with any inconvenience. Absolutely recommend to anyone coming through Cedar.

They’re back open for dining in! Also bCk are potato wedges, those beautifully-seasoned delights. I got a mixed combo of white and dark meat in the original seasoning to go with my wedges. My spouse chose an A&W burger for lunch, but we’ll split the cheese curds.
2 years ago: Drive-thru and online is all that’s available, and the last few times I used the drive-thru, they got my order wrong. Today was the last straw: I ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, and got to my destination on a tight schedule to find a fried chicken sandwich in the bag. Last time I’ll visit!

Affordable price, convenient location, and great customer service. I love the dishes with mashed potatoes- best for sometimes sensitive oral conditions. Open quite late for if you need something quick to get on your way.
