I recently visited Burger King and had a great experience, thanks to their convenient iPhone app. I snagged an amazing deal, 2 Whopper meals for just $16.99! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving.
What truly stood out was the excellent service from the cashier, Chase. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, even greeting me by my first name, which made me feel genuinely welcome.
While the food and service were fantastic, I do wish the indoor temperature was more comfortable. It tends to be too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, almost as if the air conditioning is on during winter and the heat is on during summer. I’ve mentioned this before, and I hope it can be adjusted for a more pleasant dining environment.
Overall, great food, outstanding service, and an unbeatable deal. I’ll definitely be back!

Could go sit down and eat at a nice restaurant for the price of this place. I go once in a while a remind myself why I don’t eat fast food. Food is always cold, never right, and way to expensive.

Waited 10 minutes for our food. Short staffed so we understood. Got home and my boyfriend had MOLD! On his burger melt bread! Absolutely disgusting. Every time we go it’s always wrong or something like this happens. Definitely needs to be looked into.

Woman running the drive thru screwed up our order and then proceeded to argue with us for 5 whole minutes, running her mouth non-stop. She was belligerent and shouldn’t be working in a service industry.
I ordered the number 9 with a halvsies, she rung it up as a trio with fries. I corrected her at the order screen and she deleted an entire item instead of replacing it, charging me full price for every item instead of as a meal. We were overcharged and shorted on our order; instead of making it right, she was defensive and aggressive.
We’re never going here again.

Gave the person at the window a five dollar bill, two nickels and a dime for a bill that came to $4.20. When given my receipt it read that I gave $5.50 receiving $1.30 in change. I alerted the person at the window that not only did I not give them 5.50, I gave them 5.20, and didn’t get my dollar in change. This confused her so much she needed to get another employee who after hearing both sides said that she insisted that we gave her a five dollar bill an two quarters and that she returned a dollar thirty back to us. She then proceeded to fold the receipt that had been passed around by the people handling cash, place it on top of our onion rings, close the bag and hand it to us. We left. This is wrong on so many levels.

Is it me or does it not seem like these people are incapable of serving food as advertised or expected? I’m really beginning to think that they are selling “Bubba Burgers” instead of the flame broiled whopper. Two &10 dollar meals today, and no grill marks. No distinctive first bite like it used to be. I asked for a whopper no ketchup cooked onion mushrooms add mayo everything else on it. I got a sprinkle of lettuce and a smooshed sandwich with raw onion and no mushrooms… I also asked for Swiss they put cheddar. It baffles me why they allow this to go out. They also didn’t even ask if I would like zesty sauce for the onion rings and my food was cold.

I have had to drive back to this specific Burger King and I live less than 1 mile from the building, due to very stale food. I have had to drive back because the food is always cold and the French fries are stale tasting like they were cooked at 5am and left out all day and served to me at 7:30 pm. Like they were warmed back up to sell them to me. When I drive home the less than 1 mile away and the bottoms of every single french fry tastes cold extremely cold like you took frozen fries out set them on the side of the kitchen and waited for them to thaw that kinda cold. I may not be far away but the last 4 years I have had to return and have this specific Burger King in Skowhegan, ME make me new food while I stand and watch. I have to watch as more than one time they just give me the exact same stale type replacement yet when they make it then and there they stay hot for over 20 mins, the burger inside the whopper jrs are always overly dry, so much that when you take a bite the bread and burger stick to the roof of your mouth like peanut butter. That only happens if you make the food many hours ahead of time and let it sit there for hours under a lamp, or the meat being used is not beef.
I am disappointed as this Burger King used to be the only one in an hour daily ride two days a week I might stop at. It is the only one I used to get a treat for my kids and for the more than one kids sports teams I’d do the same for. I will not be doing that again.

Waited for a half hour at thr drive through for a mobile order. Kept getting told we’ll be right with you every 5 min. Lady at the window was very rude and didn’t say a word, no apology for the ridiculously long wait just gave me a nasty look. Food was also cold when i got it
