Came here since everything was close, first of all I could tell the pizza was not fully cooked since it was hard to chew and it was about a 30 minute wait for an unfully cooked pizza still cold? When I had come home I found the pizza was bearly slided just leaving marks, I had to cut the pizza myself. I think I’ll just starve next time.

Went in Mon., 9/15/2025 close to closing time. Cashier was a different girl who to my surprise, made me feel like I had to beg her for any extra sauces, even though my order was almost $30. She also refused me plastic bag. And I only got 7 breadsticks when I was supposed to get 8.
I pointed it out and she started mumbling something about that’s how they were cut by the guy. She then asked if I wanted them remade so I said yes..only to still receive the same seven breadsticks, just sliced differently.
Only my third time here.
First time the pizza and bread sticks were good. Second and third time the pizza, cheesy bites, and cheesy bread were all so bland and nasty I had to spit them out. Breadsticks were not as good as before either. The wings were good.
And my last 2 trips they act like the EBT doesn’t work and blame you by saying you are putting in the wrong pin #, etc.
But it worked just fine my first time there and works just fine everywhere else. And I don’t know if this was the same location or a different one, but a few days ago I didn’t order because I called for PICK UP, but a male and a female kept insisting they have my phone number. I kept saying they didn’t need it because I was picking up rather than having anything delivered but they wouldn’t relent with their paranoid demands so I said forget it..do better.

Delivery customer service is a mess.They don’t follow simple instructions. And they will undercook your wings(I had to recook them) Pizza was cold upon arrival. Worst pizza spot I ever ordered from. And when I tried to get a refund for the undercooked food. Owner said out of his own mouth and I quote “we only cook the chicken 7 mins they come precooked” Sad that tho ye have zero concern about their customers instructions on how they want there food

Their pizza’s are not Fresh!! Bought two gigantes one was smash with the soda during delivery, and the second pizza the dough smelled rotten! Like old dough! Do not trust!!! They will not stand responsible for the quality of their food. So disappointing, how hard is it to sale good quality pizza. Avoid getting sick

I had the worst service ever . I had place an order however the people from the store on Martin Luther king and trinity got mad since I called and complain about my order .worst customer service they made my other wrong not once but twice .so I just decided to keep the last order but I still received something I did not order .i called the store the lady that took my order was so rude and not polite at all. Also the driver was so rude when delivering my order .its not my fault they made my order wrong and still wanna get mad at me ..they need to check what kind of people they have working also since is a fast food place.
