I ordered a chicken soft taco. There was no chicken on it. Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito. Barely any steak on it and looks like hot fritos or hot fries on it. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burriot only has beans cheese and sour cream on it. My chips for my nacho cheese was smashed. So the only thing you got correct was the cheese cup. And im SURPRISED you got that right. Very weird guys very weird. Probably intentional. We are doomed with this generation. We’ll never be back. You’ll be closed down before ya know it . Smdh. Dont work there if you dont want to do your job correctly. Got 1 mild sauce for the whole order. Yall Are a joke and you know are bc you did it purposely. No one is that dense. 24 dollars spent on tortillas

Spent $40 to get inedible food. Got pulled forward to wait, then the lady dropped the food on the ground when the bag ripped, and just threw the food into a new bag after picking it up off the ground, giving us crushed food. The nachos were 90% toppings and no chips, and the chips that were in it were mush. Who is the manager at this place? The cheesey gordita crunches were made with regular soft shells and weren’t melted. Everything had so much filling it was impossible to eat without dropping everything on the ground.

I ordered $30.00+ and these tacos were supposed to be Supreme’s and as you can see… The tacos look like the literally threw them against the wall and put into my bag. Paid almost $9 for three taco Supreme’s and they were regular tacos. I was also charged the same price for chicken chilupas and I got beef chilupas. They were extremely rude and did not hide the fact they did not want to be bothered

We ordered the a delivery service, they put the food on our porch, didn’t follow the instructions we asked for. As for TB, we had over half of order missing. The items we did receive were messy, there were barely any fries! I learned a valuable lesson to not order from these delivery services because every single times we’ve ordered we gotten poor service.

Yikes! This location is new, it’s only been open a few months…but do yourself a favor and drive to a different one. A headache from start to finish. I’ve had mistakes in orders before, but EVERY SINGLE ITEM was wrong. The drive thru line took forever! Then they handed up an incorrect bag (it had a cinnamon crispy thing in it, which we didn’t order), so after we opened it and saw the wrong items…the girl then realized she handed us the wrong bag. When we got the right bag, we didn’t realize we should have inspected every item too!

4 cheesy Gordita crunches…with no cheese in between the shells AND they put sour cream on them INSTEAD of the Baja sauce. Come one guys. One mistake, sure fine. But every single item? Never again.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst ones in Toledo when it comes to customer service. Just sat in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes waiting for our food the so called manager ask if we want something other then the fries that were in our order because all of a sudden 20 minutes after placing the order their fryer is down and they can’t make no more fries. I say no just refund me for the fries. I get all the way home and the whole order is messed up I go back literally 10 minutes later and watch these people pour fresh fries into the container and season them . I tell the lady I need a side of pizza sauce since my pizza didn’t have the extra on it and she says where is the pizza I said I threw away before finding out that my daughter who is allergic to sour cream found out her found had sour cream on it and I had to come back I was not taking it back out of the garbage to bring to u ( I thought fast food restaurants weren’t supposed to take anything back since covid happened ) she proceeded to run her mouth saying “ she threw the pizza away but wants the pizza sauce ?” And I said yes I did and yes I do cause I paid for it. Basically a waste of my money and time …. Won’t be getting my business again.. If I could give them zero stars I would have fyi my pizza was supposed to be extra cheese extra pizza sauce

Went through the drive through and left..had to turn around because we were missing 3 items. Waited in line with no one manning the front, no acknowledgement by any staff..and they had a line of customers waiting. Staff seemed overwhelmed and rude. On our way home realized that the chicken in our cantina stuff wasn’t even the right kind of chicken and the chicken quesadillas we got barely had any cheese in them. Will not be going back to this location.

Y’all clearly need help. Just being able to fog a mirror shouldn’t be the low bar for employment. I get not liking your job, but the people here bring it to a new low. The girl at the window didn’t say one word when I pulled up, when I gave her my money, when she handed me my food or when she gave me my change. The food was cold, sloppy, and wrong.
