Since when do they have texas toast with some cheese on it. Super disappointing. Be careful what you order. At least they give half refund… even though I am really disappointed. Texas toast you can buy in a box for $5 taste better than this. There is cheese bread, cheese sticks and other cheese sticks. So make sure you order what you really want.

Mar. 24, 2024 – Last 4 pizza we bought was dry, burnt, hard crust, vegetables black on pizza. Unappealing and tastes bad. Leaves burnt taste in your mouth. Crust so hard and difficult to chew. Sauce seen in picture blackened and burnt. Vegetables unrecognizable and only color of green peppers and white onion and brown mushrooms is black.
Refund needed.

Honestly, BEST PIZZA EVER!!! The service was wonderful and fast and very polite and professional, and the pizza was even better. Thank you very much. Price was outrageous . $36 . for 2 large pizzas. But enjoyed the leftover pizza. Can’t you do something about price? We rarely eat out and Love Pizza Hut.

Drove from College Station so we could dine in. Been a while since we have been at a Pizza Hut. Still good and I still love it! Sweet young lady that was working on 1/20/24 pm. Very welcoming and was a good waitress/cashier. Thank you!

For poor and slow service, this is the place for you. Preordered 45 minutes early and waited almost 20 minutes past the scheduled time. Box deal was not in a box so the pasta was on top of the pizzas. When I got handed my drinks what do you think happened. Yes, the pasta slid right off the pizza box. No assistance was given to help so I cleaned it up off their floor. Then I was told that the manager said that they were not going to replace it. To top it off they do not have Parmesan cheese nor crushed red peppers to go. I should have gotten pizza hut in College Station and driven down.

Definitely worth a stop in! The buffet is clean and the staff is very attentive. They bring you your salad to the table and your drinks! It is truly family friendly and you can tell that the food was freshly made.

I called today at lunch to place a to go order. The lady was very rude. I looked at the menu and called and placed an order and was told I could not have the order I was asking for. She told me I could only have 3 options and I then asked if I could have a substitute as a side and offered to pay extra for it and again very rude she replied no you can not have that. I told you what u could get. Then before I could say anything she said have a nice day as she was I guess going to hang up. I informed her how rude she was and told her I hoped she was not rude like that with other customers. I then decided I would take my business elsewhere and that’s what I did. Very poor customer service

When you order a pizza and ask for a specific style crust. You can expect not to get what you ordered. It’s like you pay for whatever they want you to buy. They don’t even have the decency to call and let you know that style crust isn’t available. Or even let you know when you’re picking it up that it’s not what you ordered, but you’re still going to pay for it.

Ordered a large hand tossed double pepperoni and one supreme. The supreme looked good, but I think they gave us a pepperoni they cooked the day before. It was returned and we were given a replacement. It was only single pepperoni this time, but at least it looked edible.
