The quality of food has gone so subpar. The last time I got food here the rice was mush and the steak was just terrible and too salty. Now I ordered the carne instead and got guacamole and the guacamole is just old and tastes off. It’s disgusting. If it’s not fresh don’t sell it, not a hard concept. I won’t be coming back again.

What a joke. Place has gone down hill. 15 mins after opening they say won’t be ready for 25 mins. There use to be a line out the door now nothing because they can’t get there act together … food has gone way down hill and reliability is even worse. To top it off employees eating lunch as they are saying it will be 25 more minutes. Pancheros was open and greeted with a smile.

Usually you get a pretty consistent food presentation when you order at Chipotle. Tonight tacos were a mess. They were all jumbled together. They were wet and soggy. It might as well have been a bowl. I ended up eating it on a plate with a fork and a knife. Just not what you expect for the consistency you usually get.

I’ve been a Chipotle fan for decades, with consistently great experiences in California—fresh food, quick service, and friendly staff. But this Shady Oak location in Minnetonka has been a total letdown, and this was my third bad visit in a row. I placed an online order for pickup at 11 AM, arrived a bit after to give them time since I know they can be busy. The order wasn’t ready, and despite making eye contact with multiple employees while standing at the counter, they just kept going about their tasks without acknowledging me. It felt like I was invisible.When I finally asked about my order, one staff member sourly requested my name and then ignored me again—no update, no ETA. Another whispered that I’d have to cancel online myself if I wanted out. No apology or effort to help. If I’d ordered in line, it would have been faster, but defeats the point of app ordering for convenience. The team seems disengaged, like they hate being there. I’ve escalated to corporate for a refund, but I’m done with this spot—stick to other locations if you can.

Best Chipotle in Twin Cities (SLP is the worst). We get takeout from here weekly and staff are great. Kudos to hiring manager. This place is what fast food should be- quick, easy and convenient.

Its is exactly what you would expect from a Chipotle. The food was exactly what I wanted and the staff helped as much as they where able. The only problem is that if you order online and have an issue that the store can’t effect (pricing, wrong location) they cannot help you. And the process of getting help from Chipotle online is terrible. Good store and staff and the price isn’t totally ridiculous for what you get.

The staff is amazing here. They are better than the staff at the hopkins store. They always have what i like. Unless its late at nite which is understandable. Because the cooks go home after dinner rush. The food is healthy and great. ABIY from the hopkins store is really great. They need to add the CHIPOTLE HONEY CHICKEN to the menu full time even the staff at the store agree. They always sold out of the CHIPOTLE HONEY CHICKEN. It would increase sales for sure.

The evening manager is inhumane with young children. We are regular customers of this place, but after tonight we don’t want to return. He told his employees that our children were making a huge mess on the floor! What does he expect from two children, ages 2 and 4, to eat like adults? They are children, they are learning. People like that shouldn’t work in customer service!

This location is one of the worst chipotle’s I have ever been to! The food is consistently bad. Today I did an online order for their drive thru, only to discover the drive thru was closed and blocked off. Why allow customers to order online if it is closed? The food was also terrible, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Their support is no help either, it’s just a chat bot who can’t help you. Very disappointing! Their parking lot is a zoo because so many people are trying to figure out why the drive thru is closed. Do better chipotle!
