Never have I ever thought that I would be saying this, every single Culver’s I’ve ever been to has always served me the perfect butter burger however that changed today, I ordered a Mushroom N Swiss at exactly 10:25 AM today. I get my order mind you this pictures from 10:40 AM, the cheese is ice cold… after waiting for it to melt by the heat of the burger which it doesn’t because the bun was also cold and the patty felt microwaved so the kid at the drive-through had the audacity to tell me we don’t melt the cheese, sir take a look at your menu images the cheese should melt if you made it fresh, I didn’t want a remake because I didn’t want spit in my food or the burger I was given to be thrown away so I left them with my feedback, also serving false advertisement is a fraud, thank you, but will not be coming back here ever again worst experience in the world.

Visited with a wild 3 year old and the staff was great. Help carrying food, got extra napkins and a to go box for us without asking. The food is always great! One of our favorite places.

So this was my second time ever here and I was pretty disappointed. Not in the service nor the location, but the taste of the food was so bland. It was like there was no salt on the fries and the fish sandwich I ordered was really wet and not super crispy. It was fresh, just not good at all. I should’ve asked for more salt.

Always a good experience. Clean and friendly. Their battered cod fish dinner and malts are always great when we are craving a fish dinner or sandwich. They do not skimp on the filet which is a thick piece of fish and always cooked perfectly.

The concrete mixers had a great amount of goodies in them! The service was great, diligent to make sure we knew what we were asking for. Tables were clean, and accommodated our large group!

They didn’t get my online order until after the pickup time. Food was cold and my butter burger wasn’t buttered the bun was super dry. The Brownsburg location is much better.

Avon culver’s is absolutely the best!! I drive out of my way, and around construction to go to this restaurant. They have excellent customer service, the food is great, the restaurant is very clean, and I love the music! When I was in there today, one of the employees was on his lunch break. He saw a woman coming in the door with her walker. The young man ran to the door to open it for her. Great job!!
