Wish I could give negative stars. Pulled up to to the drive thru window and was told it would be 10 minutes before they could take an order. I said ok and waited patiently until 15 minutes passed. I then asked if I should place an order on the website. I was told I could but it would still be a wait as they had other orders. I asked about how long and he said 20 minutes. I’m not sure if this was due to the online orders or what but I watched he’d atleast 5 cars drive away at the least due the long wait. There was no one in line in the store but this was horrible service. It’s safe to say I will NEVER order at this Taco Bell location again. I use to work cashier and fast food restaurants and drive thru customers were always a priority. Waiting over 30 minutes is ridiculous. There was no empathy and no concern at all. This location needs to do better.

Tacos and other food items purchased barely had anything in them. The manager on duty showed no empathy and never apologized when the items were returned. They only refunded the items brought back. Will definitely never return to this location and will definitely tell anyone about this location so they can avoid a horrible experience.

Not normally in the habit of leaving fast food restaurant reviews, but tonight I’m highly compelled. Maybe it’s just the late night crew but my husband and I went to this location tonight around 10:30 pm and they simply don’t care or just don’t pay attention. We ordered nacho fries in two sizes, before leaving I noticed they forgot one. I went in and grabbed the missing item, annoying, sure, but no big deal. Once we got home (yes, we should’ve checked after realizing they messed up once) we realized the fries they gave us were old (literally cooler than room temp and hard), my husband asked for 3 soft tacos and got hard. Missing a whole chalupa. Waste of a late night trip. That’s it, that’s the review. Check your order, because they sure aren’t.

The employee taking orders was unbelievable rude through the drive thru microphone. Short, annoyed, and early acting like we were an inconvenience for simply ordering food. When we pulled up to the window, it somehow got worse. She practically threw our food and sauces at us, rushed us without reason, and slammed the window shut before we could ask for any napkins or check our order. No explanation, no apologie and no basic respect. Fast food is already rushed but that doesnt excuse treating customers like garbage. If someone hates their job this much, they should not be working with the public. This wasnt just “having a bad day”, it was straight up unprofessional and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this, because behavior like this guarantees lost customers. I will not be returning to this location I will just go to the one on harwood road. At least they train their employees there better.

I went through the drive thru. I was ordering for my family an hour and half before closing. And decided to be rude and say he’s not taking our order. We weren’t being disrespectful, nor rude. We said we would pay a tip. He was incredibly rude. And declined to take our order. Again just trying to feed the family.

Came in to order the new steak nacho fries and SPECIFICALLY asked for my fries to be cooked fresh. Received my order for my fries to be COLD. Went inside to ask for them to be made fresh, just for a large ill built rude worker come and tell me “they are fresh we opened at 10”… it was 10:30.. I don’t call that fresh.. been going here for years but this may be my last straw!

Visited this location on Saturday February 1 for lunch went through drive thur was on lunch break. They didn’t give us everything. So I called back up to the restaurant got the General Manager on the phone was super nice and very friendly. Wasvery appolgiated. Offer for me to come back to fix. Wasn’t possible due to only 30 minutes for lunch break. He offered for me to return when it’s convenient. So I went today after work took my receipt and also told them what the General Manager had said. As I’m given my food they owed me drink cup well the young white girl working at 5pm decided to be rude. And confrontation and we’ll I don’t accept rude! I specifically stated what the General Manager said. And could of just did it but nope!! So I did speak up! If she’s ur Manager she definitely needs some help! Got home and the foid was AGAIN wrong!! I absolutely will not return to this location! I’m shocked how I was treated! I don’t recommend anyone to visit this location! Customer service is a must to be successful these days!

I went inside to dine-in, there was nobody inside eating or waiting to order. I waited 7 min. And not a word or anything that would tell me why they would not give any service. The staff completely ignored my wife and I.!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not eat here horrible food and service. The food was made incorrect, got a crunch wrap with 2 strands of lettuce and no beans. The cheesy bean and rice burrito came with no rice. I called the store spoke to Trace the manager he said he would refund the order, I told him I would be back at the store in 30 mins. I show up exactly when I told him I would be there and find out he went on break. Then was told he would be back in 25 mins and I could wait. I was then told call corporate instead. This store does not care about customers, food quality, or service. I also doubt Taco Bell Corporate cares either because of all the bad reviews already and they do not reach out or do anything about it. Horrible customer service and food, please do not go or eat here. Not worth your time or money.
