Such a crappy experience. I ordered delivery through their website. After my food arrived it turned out that they didn’t even send a whole section of my order. Said that I have to come in and show the receipt, which I get but also defeats the whole purpose of me ordering delivery. Also refused to go ahead and make the order before I came up there so I had to wait after showing my receipt for my food to be cooked. So in all I had to wait almost 2 hours to eat my food from the time I placed the order on line to when I finally for the food I originally ordered to my house. And on top of that had to use the gas to go up there after I already paid for delievery.

One Star — This Place is a JOKE
As someone who does DoorDash for a living, I rely on restaurants to be timely and professional — Wingstop in Monroe is neither. I waited over 60 minutes (yes, a full HOUR) just to pick up an order that should’ve been ready long before I even got there. And let me be clear: this wasn’t during a rush or some crazy lunch hour. There were barely any customers, and still the staff was moving like they were stuck in slow motion.
I asked politely for an update, and the attitude I got in return was unbelievable. Rude, dismissive, and straight-up disrespectful — like I was an inconvenience to them for trying to do my job. No communication, no apology, not even basic courtesy. Just nasty looks and an “it’ll be ready when it’s ready” kind of vibe.
If you’re ordering from this location, good luck — because the way they run things here is beyond unprofessional. And if you’re a fellow Dasher? Avoid this place if you can. It’s not worth the time, the gas, or the disrespect. Corporate seriously needs to step in and clean house, because this location is a straight-up embarrassment.

I ordered Togo and my order was incorrect. Apparently, they didn’t have fries, so they just sent corn versus communicating with me, because I would’ve canceled had i known. I work in a restaurant and when we run out of something, we CALL the phone number attached to the order, not just give them what we want them to have. And when I called to express my grievances, I was completely dismissed. Being understanding, I simply asked if I could come get some fries tomorrow. She said “they told us to just give everybody corn, and its worth more”. I said, I didnt want corn, though. She said “they gone want they corn back”. EXCUSE ME. You say that as if I’m trying to get something for free. The mistake was yours! Horrible customer service.

Very serious health issue. This place needs better exhaust fans. The moment you open the door you are greeted by thick smoke from the friers. Even some of the employees complained about it. So unless you like sitting in a smoky atmosphere smelling burnt frying oil try something different.

This was my first time ever trying the chicken tenders and let me tell you. They were the bomb! They were super delicious along with my corn and zero sugar cherry Powerade. The manager was not playing when I walked through the door and I appreciate that. I would like to give a special shot out to Ms. Tanqueray. She was so kind, polite, greeted my mother and myself once we walked through the door. That’s what more restaurants need to do when it comes to their customers. I won’t ever be returning to this location. The food was excellent. Restaurant is clean. But the person taking orders was so rude and abrupt towards me for literally no reason that I got tripped up and almost walked out in the middle of ordering. I was in line behind a family. After they ordered I walked up to the register. The worker was just standing there looking at me not saying a word. So after a few awkward moments, I said, “hi can I please get….”
She interrupts and says “NAME?“ like how dare I annoy her with my order.
It was bizarre and off putting. And her mannerism continued throughout the order. Hands me the receipt after I pay and doesn’t say anything. I say thank you and she doesn’t say anything. Only thing other than “name” that she said during the entire interaction was my total.
I get that people have bad days but if that’s the case here, don’t take it out on me. And don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it.
