If your still sleeping on whether or not you should try this place, wake up. Best fish I have ever had, wings were awesome as well, and how do you go wrong with fresh cut fries. Be sure to try the sugar cookie martini!!

Let me start by saying, the Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever bought, but the ribs were terrible!! By far the worst!! My elderly mother and I both got ribs, we both didn’t eat them, they were beyond dried, and so tough, we couldn’t even chew them, mind you this was my first experience here, I read such good things, my mom loved her fried okra, my collard greens didn’t have much flavor in them, just very plain.

I’m really surprised to see the negative comments about the ribs. I’m a rib snob and these are so good. Fish is still my fave. Fries are fresh cut-no prepackaged crap. Burgers and wings are also amazing. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with fries. The Cheesesteak was fine. I think the steak could have used a bit more seasoning. And it didn’t have enough cheese on it for my taste.
But honestly, it wasn’t bad. It was just fine.
The fries were solid. They were fresh cut style, but crispier than most. Sadly, they were not salted. Maybe I’m just lazy, but I hate salting my fries.
Nothing here really stood out as great or bad. It’s was a very ok experience. I might go back to try out another item on the menu at some point.
For $14, it’s not a bad value.

Food is really good. Have had wings and they are big and tasty. Seem grilled or smoked vs fried. Ribs are tender and also good flavor. Fries are fresh cut style and also good. Only complaint is beer prices are very high, $4.50 for short draft, $7 for large. Nice that they have a cpl to pick from but have decided that beer is not part of a meal here for us. Food is reasonably priced. We did carry out once also and got sandwiches. Service is friendly. Seating is a little odd as they have a middle area with a long table and several TV that is not clear purpose, maybe larger groups, but not inviting and they have extra back seating that seems awkward to access.

Will never eat from here again. Every single item was so bad. Ordered 2 sets of tenders with fries, 4 Mac n cheese, 2 greens, 3 corn bread.. we really thought it was gonna be good or else I would not have ordered so much. The chicken is darrrrkk almost burnt old grease taste, Noone will eat them, so bad. The Mac was creamy sure but that’s it, no cheese. Had to add cheese. The green oh my gosh. HORRIBLE. its like they threw a can of greens on the stove and heated it up. No love, no salt, no flavor. Out of the 2 things of of greens theres was exactly 1 piece of meat between the two containers…. my gosh. Awful. We need Good Brothas back.

Oh friends I’m sorry, but this wasn’t good. At all. The rib tips were tough, The baked beans were from a can, And the greens are the most favor-less thing I’ve ever tasted. even after adding salt and vinegar, it still tasted horrible. The people at the bar are nice though.

I had seen advertisements for it, and we decided we wanted to come try the fish above all else! It’s fabulous no bones fried beautifully! Ended up getting the rib tips also, got the dinner portion was a very large portion with two sides the macaroni and cheese was wonderful and I love the bear fries. Husband gave the okra and collard greens a five star. It was a Sunday afternoon very quiet food was ready in 25 minutes I can’t say anything bad about this place I loved loved loved loved loved loved the food
