Amazing. I’ve been looking for a deli like this since I moved to ABQ. Friendly service, fair prices and the food is exactly what you expect from a good deli. It’s not some fancy dressed up 30$ sandwich, it’s a delicious down to earth sandwich that only a good deli can provide. It was busy which is a good sign. Will 100% return and give them my business. Great place.

I’ve lived really close by for 3 years now and have never stopped in before today. I loved walking in and seeing albums and posters of all my music and movie favorites. I got the Reuben with pastrami, spicy mustard and added green chile. It was delicious! Will definitely be returning 🙂

Our first time here was not so pleasant. My wife and I requested that our sandwiches be made on wheat bread. After waiting 20 minutes for our sandwiches to be made, my wife’s sandwich was made wrong.
They made her sandwich on white bread instead of wheat bread per our request. Asked them nicely to remake her order on wheat bread like we requested and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes.
I’m not going to eat before my wife so I waited until they were done finishing/fixing her sandwich so we can eat together.
I understand mistakes do happen due to new employees, being understaffed, etc. However, as someone who worked in customer service for over 10 years; maybe next time, offer an incentive, for wanting customers to return to your establishment. An extra side of potato salad, cookie, or BOGO voucher for the inconvenience.
Please remember that there are plenty of other options to eat at competing establishments. Making it whole is the difference of whether or not you will get repeat business from mistakes being made regarding service and food.
Attached is a picture of the Italian Grinder: Ask yourself this…would you return here for that?

Decided to try this after seeing it on the map being near where I had to pick something up from someone. What a little treasure! Quality ingredients, a huge selection, reasonable prices and very fast. I had the #7 and the #20 and both were wonderful. Such good meat, plenty of condiments, and the bread is utterly delicious. We’ll be back in a couple days to get more for a picnic. Cute Rock-style decor and they deliver. highly recommended!
EDIT: Went back a few days later and got breakfast burritos (9-11am only). Delicious! Lots of bacon and cheese, green chili wasn’t too hot, and a good size for the low price. Wrapped in foil, they stayed really hot! They were the perfect start to our road trip that day.

I got the #8 large cold sub combo as shown, came with Cajun mac and cheese, and a 16oz. You can choose to also receive the 32 oz. option instead. Now I’m from PA and we usually put cheeseburgers on our hot subs list, so I was kind of disappointed to see you guys don’t have that on the menu. I also would like to point out that your hot subs don’t have much to eat in by bite, because there’s no toppings which contribute to lack in quantity. You may have more luck with their hot “favorites” rather than the typical hot sandwiches. Compared to your cold subs where you have toppings, and you don’t get just a huge bite of only bread. With that being said, DG’s deli DOES have really soft, crunchy bread, fresh toppings, with straight out the slicer deli that make it an exceptionally delicious place to eat. The service here is always excellent, and I’ll always grab a bite once a month.

Honestly, I’m over how they treat drivers. On occasion I do delivery for supplemental income and at first I thought they were just rude to me. I was mistaken, they tried to be rude because someone tried to confirm if a drink was in an order that was not yet handed to him. A guy comes behind just blantly rude grabs the bag from his coworker and squeezes the bag saying it is right in here. I spoke up for the guy and said he didn’t even touch it. I don’t know where they get off thinking they’re above people. You’re a sandwich shop, nobody wants to steal your sub. Nothing outstanding about it, in Boston our local pizza shops do much better

We ordered 3 different sandwiches & they were all amazing. The bread is perfect! The Mac salad has some zip to it but I liked it. Fresh veggies & great service. Inside are music & movie posters. Plenty of seating with their own parking off street. Looking forward to trying their steak sandwiches.

I ordered a BLT today and… honestly? Just bleh. It’s literally FOUR ingredients and they still managed to mess it up. Look at the photo — where’s the tomato? A BLT without the “T” is just a sad bacon sandwich. Totally underwhelming, lazy presentation, and zero care. If you can’t get the basics right, why even bother? Do better.

Probably one of the best Philly steak sandwiches I have had in New Mexico. The steak and the onions were great the bread was a bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside absorbing all the juices from the meat
