I have eaten here in person and through delivery. They are mainly known for their pizzas, and I enjoy the meat combo and the BBQ chicken pizza. The worker Trey makes a great pizza and it is always proportioned perfectly and cut perfectly as well. The shift leader Peter makes amazing sandwiches, like I mean amazing. He always gets my burger correct (BBQ sauce, grilled onions, bacon, and lettuce). He also makes a great crispy chicken sandwich I recommend customizing it my way (bacon, lettuce, pickles, and mayo). Another great worker is Tyrone, the chicken tenders always taste how they should and how I expect them to taste, always have to get extra because of how good they are. When these three are working I know I will have a great meal and time.

I haven’t been to Papa Gino’s in many years; however, I went into the Seekonk restaurant Friday to buy pizza for a friend. I was so impressed! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were Amazing!
It all started when I called to place my order. After being on the phone all week calling several businesses and dealing with their voice prompts and rude and uncaring customer service reps, it was so refreshing to call Papa Gino’s and have the call answered after only 2 rings by a real live person!!!!!
Chris was beyond helpful! He answered every question, found me the best deal and read my entire order back to me to make sure it was correct. He was so polite and friendly that I was surprisingly impressed, after the week I had on the phone! I picked up my order (which was ready on time) and delivered it to my friend. The pizza smelled so good and everyone in the restaurant was so nice, that I had to go back and order a pizza for me. There is plenty of seating in this Papa Gino’s, which has two levels of assorted tables and booths.
I will most definitely be returning more frequently in the future!

I like the old 90’s kind of feel that Papa Gino’s locations give their interior. Variety of different types of seating. Booths and tall bar chairs and lower table seating.

My kids loved the pizza and the grinders were fresh. A mishap to our order happened and they handled it like real professionals and were very polite! Because of the way they handled the whole situation we will absolutely be ordering again!

Ordered a turkey club and a garden salad. The bacon was completely burnt and inedible. The salad was nothing but lettuce and olives when it was supposed to have more veggies (like an actual salad). Definitely has gone done hill on the food.

My experience was pretty good. Everyone was so kind, especially the man that took my order. His name was Trey and he made the process easy because I was struggling to decide on what to get and he gave me a few ideas based on the type of flavors I wanted. Would recommend to those that don’t mind spending an extra few dollars on some takeout foods.

Big giant NO. I have not been to a Papa Gino’s in about a decade. Moved out of Mass. food was WAY overpriced. Staff too busy to even acknowledge customers walking in. Got a super steak extra cheese and basically got no cheese. One chunk of pepper and NO mushrooms. 20.00 for that and a bottle of soda??!! PLACE WAS FILTHY. Nope, never again with all the competition out there.

So I’ve try there pizza before and didn’t like it. Something about the cheese (maybe old) or something else just isn’t appealing. This was a year ago . I figure my husband loves your pizza so I order again. And still the same nasty cheese taste. . Restaurant wasn’t pleasant either cold decor needs outdated.
