I came to this location tonight with my son. We were undecided between Qdoba or Chinese. It was our first time at this location. Employees were all really nice. The rice was hard and I felt it had been out for awhile. The restaurant needed to be cleaned. Unfortunately I will not come back to this location.

I went in today at 1:45ish to get a Burrito and 2 bowls. I asked the young man making the burrito for peppers and onions, he advised they were out and it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited and I asked for a wait time on fresh Spicy Chicken he said it was prepped but still gave me the scraps. I kept asking for more toppings because there were hardly any toppings. The burrito also had minimal toppings. It’s like he had an attitude that he had to work he wasn’t blatantly rude it was just like he had no interested in serving the public. It sucks because I came in recently on Thursday and the experience with the young lady was total opposite which is what brought us back today.

It was between Chinese and qdoba for dinner tonight.. I thought I was going the healther route but after getting my food I should went with the Chinese lunch menu specials which was $2.00 more than qdoba.
I ordered my son a 3 chicken taco: all of the tacos barley had chicken in it, one taco only had 2 small pieces of chichen.
My chicken protein bowl looked turned over and unappetizing hardly any lettcue but filled with swamp juice from the beans.
There was barley any chips
And both of our guacamole spread on our meals looked old and spoiled and Our food was cold upon pick up.
Long story short i need a refund and I should have ordered from China express down the street.

Some of the Employees clearly don’t want to be there. Wanted to go behind the counter and make my own food!! Chicken quesadillas where good. Nothing like the picture tho soggy not crunchy.. we also got a beef bowl and just so inconsistent with quantities. A drop of this a big handful of that tons of this a pinch of that! It’s ridiculous how stuff is not measured out.. like a spoon full or cup full. Just very random. I guess in my opinion all of these places like this have the same issues! You have a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal..

Wish I put 0 stars, due to religion purposes I don’t consume beef! I asked for the new chalula chicken or whatever, she was talking in Spanish so I even asked for it in Spanish and pointed at it, after a bit I realized she had actually given me steak, trust me, when so many flavors are being mixed, you won’t notice the protein right away, and why would I even have to worry when I made it so clear to her what protein I wanted, needless to say, I was distraught, I went to let them know and she swore she gave me chicken I was literally showing them the steak and she kept trying to say I was trying to scam them while LAUGHING AND MOCKING ME!!!!!! I got my refund and just left, extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate, shameful how ignorant people like her roam around us everyday.

Haven’t been here in a long time because every time I come here the chips are terrible. Came here for dinner tonight and portions were small and food was cold. Chips were also terrible and not cooked right. It’s really unfortunate that this place isn’t as good as it used to be years ago it’s gone down hill. I was also not pleased to see the sanitation score of a 92. Food looked like it had been sitting out awhile too and you pay 29$ for food and you except to have fresh hot food not cold food.

My food was great but mostly the workers are so nice, this group of very confused and cranky people were in line right in front of me and the workers were incredibly patient and polite. Rare to see such great service and I appreciate it.

First red flag was how messy and unorganized the kitchen area was…..The second red flag was the 92 sanitation grade. I Have been eating here for over 10 years but honestly wouldn’t eat here again. Food was cold and nasty we didn’t eat it and threw it away. Sad to see this place run like this

Yummy tacos with unlimited topping. Lately my favorite over chipotle. Always have deals on app and flyer in mail. More spacious dining area. Give the place a try.
