DON’T EAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! DON’T GO HERE!!! Don’t go here at all! I ordered food to be delivered from here and someone opened my drink (Turkey Hill Lemonade Iced Tea) and spit into it and they delivered it to me that way. It made me sick to my stomach and I vomited back up the food I had just ate from them. And I tried calling the place back and nobody answered the phone. Worst experience ever. They’re trifling and disgusting for this and I’m sure they must be dirty. L&I should shut them down and I’m going to report my experience and seek legal action. DON’T EAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The food is always hot and delicious. Delivery is quick. I’ve been loyal to Pete’s for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Great customer service. My go to is their cheesesteak.

Ordered via phone two portions of fish and chips. Was asked what two sides I wanted, said coleslaw. I picked the order up and
when I got home there were NO chips in the container. I called back and was told that chips are a side. This is not at all clear, fish and chips go together, chips are NOT a side, they are a meal together. The menu states “Fish and Chips, not “Fish and two Sides.”. For what I received it is very expensive, almost $32.00. Photo of one meal attached. Four small pieces of fish, two small containers of coleslaw and tartar sauce. The fish does taste good but the meal, if you can call it that was definitely not worth $16.00, a disgraceful experience, never recommend this place. I was not nasty or belligerent when I spoke on the phone but I made it clear I will NEVER use them again.
I have been reading other low rated reviews and noticed that Pete’s always responds in a similar way, sorry, we will make changes, give us another chance. They do nothing to improve or even try to compensate for bad service. I will NEVER use them again. Please read through some of the negative reviews and you will get my point. Unbelievably, there are so many of them. I have looked at recent reviews and they are still getting so many negative comments. They say they are sorry for your experience and yet they continue to consistently mess up. When are customers going to realize that they will never change.

I just 12 wings from them when I got to work to eat them they where not done all the way through still red in the inside. Never had this problem before but it seems like there food is getting bad i wish I could had taken it back but at work do t get of until the a.m. 17.65 down the drain thanks in the trash it goes

I was so surprised by all the bad reviews. Yes, they messed up sometime, but they always offer to fix the problem. That’s One of the things ,I like about this establishment. I never encounter anyone with a nasty attitude. Even when I messed up my own order and call back, they still fix it.by replaced it.
So I do recommend them. Breakfast lunch and dinner is always on point. I’m bout to order breakfast as soon as they open. And also, I want to add that I’m allergic to seafood and I don’t eat pork and they took the time and courtesy to write That down so when I order, they know my allergies.
So again, I’m surprised about all the bad reviews.

How do forget the fries? Now the cheesesteak is cold. I’m done with this place Called and spoke to manager who said he wasn’t aware there was a problem. So your cashier didn’t inform anyone? I order from here at least weekly, and today I ordered the meatloaf. It was HORRIBLE. I even got someone else to taste it to make sure it wasn’t just me. I called the store, and was told there was nothing wrong with it, and I couldn’t be credited back. DO NOT ORDER THE MEATLOAF.
