I went in right before close to order a salad after work. They were clearly closing up the store when I came in but didn’t turn me away. When I walked in I got a very friendly welcome to Marcos. The man that took my order was very friendly and had a huge smile on his face. I think his name was Jordan. And the man that made my salad really loaded it down with toppings and gave me one of ever dressing. I would totally go back there again. Props to the man that made the salad I think he said his name was Luis. Both very friendly and goes above and beyond and threw in a free brownie for me!!!! Definitely recommend 10/10 service. Thanks for the pleasant experience after a long day at work!!!!

I placed a delivery order, which apparently was fulfilled through DoorDash. After waiting two hours, my order finally arrived — but two of my main items (10 plain wings and cheesy bread) were missing. Instead of receiving them, I got chicken fingers. The delivery driver was apologetic and even showed me the inside of her car to prove she hadn’t taken anything.
When I called the store to resolve the issue, I spent over 30 minutes on hold before the call disconnected, then another 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The first thing the employee said to me was, “Damn, they stole that shit.” This is both unprofessional and completely inaccurate — nothing was stolen, the wrong order was prepared.
I was told to drive to the store to exchange the incorrect item, despite the fact that I paid for delivery. This forced me to spend additional time and money on gas, which defeats the purpose of paying a delivery fee. Upon arriving, I was informed they had run out of cheese and could not make the cheesy bread at all. The employee, who was working alone without management support, explained that customers would be getting refunds the following day because the manager could not handle the store that night.
While I give credit to the employee for trying his best — he did provide my wings and a brownie as an apology — this experience was unacceptable. From the long waits and missing items to the unprofessional comment and being forced to retrieve my own order, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Marco’s Pizza.
I am requesting an immediate refund of my delivery fee and expect this issue to be escalated to corporate for review.

I placed a future order to be ready Friday August 2nd at 6 pm and confirmed morning of that my order was received at the correct location. At 6:00 pm the pizza was not ready. After asking and waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes we finally just asked for whatever pizzas were ready. I ordered 7 pizzas and only went home with 5. The pizzas that we did have were undercooked, missing toppings, and cold. I was refunded for the 2 pizzas we did not receive but I will say service was not great, the service recovery was sub par, and food overall not worth the money we spent.

I ordered my two pizzas and I waited about 20 minutes because the first one was wrong and then the dough was weird very inflated and tasted weird, and the pizzas were large and the ones they gave me were like medium, I’ve been scammed

Ordered online and the tracker said it was ready. I showed up at the store and they had not started making it yet. They were surprised to see my order receipt hanging from their prep area. I was told to wait in my vehicle and they would bring it out when it is finished. ~20 mins later I went back in to check the status and it was sitting on their shelf ready. I guess they forgot they said that they would bring it out. There were about 3 other customers waiting, and they appeared to have the same experience as us.
The pizza was not made correctly, either. We ordered white sauce and they put red sauce on it…

Almost 2 hours to get pizza This is crazy never gave a time , longer and longer ., horrible communication pleas update your employees about delay.. a hour is too long
