I eat out atleast once a week and I will get my lunch at Jack in the box and nowhere else. My order is always the same, 2 tacos & small drink. The meal is just right well prepared and the tacos are delicious . Thank you. Keep up the great work

Retraining of the staff may be necessary here. After waiting in the window line for >20minutes, and seeing the cars behind me leaving the drive through, i called and asked about the waiting times because i needed to get back to work.
I was responded with a stressed and loud ” we are short handed ok?, we are doing the best we can” noapologize, no consideration. I explained i also need to get back to work and needed an approximate time for waiting she said “you can leave of you want to”. So I did.
Way to make me never want to return.
Shame on whomever that was. Shame on the training she had.
Corporate should look into this

I got boba and I asked for light ice and they gave me half a cup of ice and there was barely any boba in the cup.

The cashier did her job beautifully. Made sure not to miss anything. The food took forever to come out. About 4-6 minutes. The food was okay. The cashier did bring the food to our table. The touch screen on the soda machine wasnt being super responsive. The decor and walls were cool.

We stopped in to try and eat in the lobby but the door was locked. No reason why since sign said it opened at 6am. Decided drive thru and it took awhile to get an order placed as staff member said she was the only one in the store, it was 945am. She did what she could to provide service in a timely fashion.

they forgot my entire order. ordered a meal for my family and they confirmed me through drive through that it was all inside the bag. don’t usually check inside as it’s not difficult to forget 2 burgers and 2 fries. the crew inside seemed to be laughing and not actually working, some without an apron and gloves prepping food. absolutely upsetting.

Went thru the drive thru and specifically asked for no ketchup on all burgers. I get home to find a burger plain with only KETCHUP. My fries were cold for all combos. The Cokes/drinks tasted like carbonated water. I’ve tried calling multiple times and the phone is disconnected. So disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!!
