Been coming here for a couple months now. I usually overlook the poor service cause the food was cheaper and decent. Never again.
Called 10 straight times for 10 minutes. No on picked up. 11th time they did and the gave me attitude when I asked why it took 10 minutes to answer the phone.
Told me 20 mins for food cause it’s “busy” clearly not if it ain’t only takes 20min. Showed up 40 mins later and they still weren’t done with the Philly cheese steak. 30-40 year old with a beard was the only pleasant part of the experience. The rest were jerking around and didn’t even greet me.
Ordered two pizzas and a Philly cheese steak. Usually I like the Philly. This one is awful. I’m also afraid they spit on my pizza based on the attitude I got over the phone.
Would suggest never coming here if you can avoid it. Terrible workers and the owners clearly don’t care.

I ordered here for the first time last night. I live close by and can smell the food sometimes, so I had high hopes. When I called the store a man answered with a not so great attitude. Maybe he’s having a bad day so I left it alone. I ordered online for delivery. A few quesadillas and wings. Wings were pretty good. Nicely done. Them quesadillas however…..so disappointing. I opened the container to see these flat crispy tortillas. I attached some imaged. One image is all the burnt crumbs. After taking off the burnt bits I was left with this idy bitty little piece left. And the cheese quesadillas were just as bad as you can see. My stove stopped working so I had to opt for take out. Something I know my children will eat. Oh and by the way, all this came out to $70. 2 chicken quesadillas- 1 cheese quesadilla and a 12 piece chicken wing. None of the food looks the way it’s been advertised online. I hope someone from management sees this. I need a refund or something.

Staff was friendly and quick, which was much appreciated. However, the pizzas were seriously undercooked and drenched in grease. We had to finish baking them in our oven, and even then they weren’t great.
It’s great for grabbing a quick slice after hanging out at Grog Shop, but I would not recommend ordering a full pizza from them.

This place has gone to shit.. waited over 40 mins for a pizza when no one else was in the store.. just to get a pizza that’s not even fully cooked, I’m talking raw dough.. also we got a guyzone and the marinara sauce was old and expired! I was scared to even taste it because it looked so weird. This was once the best place for pizza maybe 13 years ago but today, I won’t be back. And the place looks liked it hasn’t been cleaned in 13 years.. same dirty floor mat that’s never been washed and just look at all the dust and dirt on the pizza oven, you can’t miss it and I doubt they do any deep cleaning so you will see it. Not sure how they are still open but it’s sad what this place has become

My fiance and I accidentally stumbled upon this place when our original lunch plans were canceled last minute. Now, anytime we come to Cleveland, extra time is allowed to get pizza. Tricia is wonderful and always makes sure we are taken care of. Oftentimes she is the only one working but pizza is served hot and delicious everytime. It is worth the wait which can be avoided if ordered ahead of time. There aren’t many places to sit, but no worries if you plan to grab and go. This pizza has sweet sauce and a chewy crust that’s not too thick. I always get fresh mushrooms… not an easy find nowadays. Highly recommend!

Ordered a delivery a 11pm. Got quesodilla chicken, and a basket of tenders and fries. The tenders were over cooked and dry as hell but the bad part was they didn’t even include my sauce so I definitely couldn’t eat it, my chicken quesodilla had 2 tiny little strips of chicken and I do mean tiny per slice of quesodilla if I wanted cheese would’ve ordered that I PAID for my chicken. Probably won’t order again if they mess up good lucky getting ahold of the store.

Took 3 1-2 hours to get my pizza. I called several times they lied every time saying it was on its way. Last call they said they just remade it & it would be free I said great we’ll come get it, we’re 2 minutes away. They lied again, the pizza was not remade it was cold & it tastes horrible. I’d buy a box pizza & make it myself before I ever ordered here

I couldn’t even place an order over the phone. Was hung up on twice. The person I finally spoke with was very rude!! I asked their name they said “chow- Lee I’m from china , what chu eat”. I don’t know if they were mocking me or my accent. I said maybe I should order online- he responded with “yeah” & hung up on me. The owners of this restaurant need to be present and acknowledge the trash they are hiring. There have been a few good employees in the past but recently, there are none! I’d starve before I ever order from them again!!! They’ve messed up many orders in the past and I’ve still tried to support local businesses. I hope the owners get a handle on this quickly!!!!

Fantastic pizza. Friendly staff. Nice comfy space to chill and watch sports or Netflix and enjoy great good.
Update* when I first moved to Cleveland, I really enjoyed this place. Over all the other big box brands and mom and pop shops, this place was affordable and quality pizza.
However, that’s not the case anymore. For two years now they’ve steadily raised the prices and quality and steadily gone down. I don’t know if they changed owners or the owners got sick or there’s new management but the food has gotten worse and the experience is just not worth the cost anymore.
I asked for double pepperoni. Does that look like double?
Anytime I order on DoorDash the food comes looking like it was rushed and they were just trying to get a job done. Anytime I call they want me to come back or simply say sorry. That’s not good enough. And because sorry is the only answer they ca give, I’ll stop voting for them (agreeing to pay manufacturers suggested retail price).
If you want quality pizza, go elsewhere. They don’t care about customers anymore.
