I asked for Italian bread & didn’t receive it so I decided to call not to complain just to see why, he proceeded to tell me that there was no manager there, and he was the only one working, which I found odd cause I feel like you always have to have a manager closing, and then he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have any banana peppers on the sandwich either and told me that he had told the guy (my boyfriend) who picked it up, but in fact, he did not tell him anything besides that my drink was a bottle drink n not a fountain. you guys have my phone number and my email so I wish you just would’ve contacted me to tell me the changes

Every time I go there it feels like the same 2 people are always working, Sidney and Nate. They’re always the amazingest people ever I hope they get a promotion. Once I went and they weren’t there and it just genuinely didn’t taste as good. So yeah, 5 stars, and mostly cuz Sidney and Nate are the best.

Went inside of subway by st Joseph cline at 930pm the young gentleman was sitting on the top counter with his feet and his hand wrapped around his legs ..soon as I walked in the door he jumped down. We stopped here around 8 PM on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Despite the late hour the young man who was at the counter was friendly and our sandwiches were good. The restaurant was clean and the location was next to a gas station so we could fill up the car and it was easy to get off and back onto I-29.

Rude! I asked to get the wrapped warm. I get it like this at other Subways. Just yesterday actually. The gal working said, “If it breaks, I’m not redoing it!” It didn’t. I hope that tortilla was worth the loss in business. Where has customer service gone?

I love Subway, but this is the worst one I’ve been too. The service is always slow, they’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, and today my wife got a quarter of a salad. This is the most convenient location for me, but we will no longer do business here. Corporate should pull the franchise.

Absolutely! The WORST sub I have ever had, I will never go back to this location. I had normal no extra on any of my sauces and my sub was a sloppy, disgusting mess! I scraped all the stuff off and ate some of the bread. Maybe you need to retrain your sandwich artist or whatever you call them.
