I ordered a Roast Beef sub and I’m not sure it could have been worse. It had a weird texture of soft shavings of beef. (Responding to the owner – I’m not sure that I wanted the issue corrected. Reviews aren’t intended to solve problems, they are intended to help others understand if they want to eat here. I waited 15 minutes for this order, even though it was the second one through the door and I had to go up to the counter to ask them to find the order. They looked me in the eye and handed me this, so clearly they didn’t think this was a problem. Unfortunately, since this place is in a tournament facility, there aren’t many other options for families stuck here, but with passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, I guess my kids will be eating Dunkin’ Donuts from now on.)

We had our food delivered to the hotel. It was here much faster than we thought it would be and the gentleman brought it to our room which was very nice. I got a cheeseburger with side of steak fries and side of onion rings. The fries and onion rings were still hot when they got here and soooo good. The onion rings were perfectly crunchy. The ranch is high quality ranch and the honey mustard is really good too. My sister got a veggie sub sandwich and said it’s very good. She also got the sweet potato fries and said they’re also very very good. The actual burger leaves a bit to be desired as it is a thin burger that seems like it may have been frozen at some point. That’s my only “complaint” but I’m also very picky about my burgers so I still say 5 stars. Very good food and quick delivery. Thanks guys!

Ordered catering online to be delivered to our hotel while we were getting ready for our wedding. The staff called to confirm our order and asked about any specifics. Delivery was SO simple. They called me when they arrived and let the front desk know to call our room too. Everything was delicious and kept both the bridesmaids and groomsmen full until the wedding meal!!

First time ordering from JC Grill. Small Father’s Day gathering. Easy online ordering; everyone enjoyed the pizza. On time delivery. Will definitely be back! We ordered basic pizzas but will be more adventurous next time. Many gluten free options! Great experience and opened Sundays which is a huge plus!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST RESTAURANT AROUND!!!!!! We were blown over. Now you don’t need to go to New York for a great Deli, we have one right here in Middleton , MA ! Our food was a We moved to Middleton two years ago. The restaurants have been a huge disappointment, in the area).
