Incorrect order delivered. AI agent is horrible.
Ordered pizza with hamburger , onion and mushroom toppings. AI confirmed back to me. What they delivered was cheese only pizza!!!! The second pizza was vegetarian and extra cheese. They added ricotta cheese?
Highly disappointed on this mixup. They need to refund my money. Train the AI operator better. Have a human to help. During entire process no human spoke to me, even when I called Burlington store to complaint.

Frustrating.. Careless….
I ordered a veggie pizza from Domino’s, and when it arrived, I noticed small meat pieces on it. This is completely unacceptable, especially when someone specifically orders vegetarian food. It shows a lack of care and attention in preparing the order.
I couldn’t even eat the pizza because of their mistake and it really ruined the meal. I hope Domino’s improves their quality control and pay more attention while preparation because this shouldn’t happen especially with dietary restrictions involved.

Large hair baked into the pizza and the compensation offered was a 20% off coupon or a free medium 1 topping. The pizza was a large Hawaiian, we also ordered several other items. What a joke, also ew.

I just want to thank Judy as well as everyone at this location for my perfect pizzas every saturday night. I order a thin crust every week and I’m picky about it not being overcooked and dry. Judy in particular goes out of her way every saturday to make my pizza and to cook it perfectly. I love pizza so much and it’s important to me to enjoy my Domino’s every saturday night and Judy makes sure that it happens! Best thin crust ever! Thanks Judy! Maryann

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Domino’s when picking up my order around 9:20 PM. While I was parked to collect my already-placed order, one of the elderly plow workers aggressively approached me and repeatedly told me to move my car. He stood uncomfortably close and came across as threatening, even though I was there briefly to pick up food.
After I picked up my pizza, one of the trucks associated with the plow crew positioned itself in a way that prevented me from leaving right away, which made the situation even more stressful.
This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had started coming here regularly and was becoming a weekly customer. Until this issue is addressed and customers can feel safe and respected while picking up their orders, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The food consistency from this store is the same as other locations across the US, but the customer service is much better.
When receiving an incorrect order, if you call the store (not the dinky online problem reporter), they’ll make it right, and they’ll do it quickly.

ABSOLUTELY insane service! Tracker stated the dominoes order was delivered. Even though food was not delivered. I figured I’ll call the store to see if it’s an error with their system given I did not receive a call or no one rang my bell. When I called the store, the woman that answered the phone said “oh yeah driver called you and also couldn’t find your address”. No one called me I triple checked my phone log. Anyway things happen, it is cold and dark, so I say “ok well how can we fix this? They were suppose to send the driver back out. That never happened. I had to call to again, they said nope original driver isn’t available we will send another driver out. Meanwhile no apology, I stated that driver did not originally call me. It is now almost two hours since i placed the order, so I imagine the food is cold. I understand things happen, but no one called, no one apologized, and overall very horrible customer service. The woman on the phone was even getting an attitude with me. Very odd, I will not return.

I called to ask where my order was left and I was so aggravated at the end I asked to speak to a manager and the employee hung up on me. I then called back and asked for his name and the managers name and he said no. And told me “ my manager doesn’t want to speak to you he said to look for you food” like excuse me? I will definitely be escalating this to corparate!!! This has never ever happened to me

This is pretty rare, but I was delivered the wrong pizza. I drove it back to dominoes to figure out what went wrong. There was confusion from the pizza box itself, since pan pizzas and stuffed crust now share the same black/gold box. unfortunately, the delivery driver did not catch this mistake before leaving the shop. Judy was very nice and helpful in correcting this. there are a few confusing steps that Judy is already managing when it comes to order fulfillment. The only thing that made me upset about this whole incident is the fact that I paid for delivery with tip and the driver screwed me. It’s industry standard across any delivery service to check the order before you load up for delivery. I will probably try to avoid ordering delivery as much as I can.
