Ordered delivery. Pizza looked as if it were dropped.
Called the store, was hung up on 4 times. Called from another phone and James, the manager, acted as if he couldn’t care less. I asked if I was bothering him and if I should contact his superiors, he said, “if that’s what you’d like to do.”
Absolutely embarrassing for the owner. James has no business managing anything.

This is supposed to be a half pepperoni half cheese. On top of that they forgot my garlic bites all together. At least the driver offered to go back to get those but when I called about the pizza after opening it the manager requested that I return the pizza if they were going to have a new one made. A little weird to return pizza but very inconvenient to be missing half an order and then the other half be wrong.

This is the 2nd time this store messed up my order! First time the pizza was burnt! 2nd time after getting to my hotel room, the pizza smelled like tyns fish!! There is was Anchovies on it!! I had never ate Anchovies in my life!! Hate it! When I called the lady said you ordered online and it was Anchovies, if I want I have to order a new order!! I told her I will write a bad review! She said Okay and hang up!!!

First and LAST time we will ever order from this Domino’s. My friend ordered pizza for delivery. She was tracking the pizza that way she could meet the delivery person outside. When she went outside nobody was there. She called the place & pretty sure was the manager that picked up, as she referred to one of the employees as HER delivery guy. We let her know we have not received our pizza. She was very rude and hostile. She claimed the delivery person had called multiple times and waited for a long time until he left & we couldn’t have the pizza bc she had already cancelled it while we were on the phone. We just weren’t going to deal with her & ordered on doordash from somewhere else. Once the order said it was nearby we went outside & guess what.. the delivery person was walking up the stairs with no difficulty finding the apt.

Ordered 6 large pizzas for delivery for a birthday party. I ordered at 10:30am for a 5pm delivery. The delivery was an hour late. I watched on the tracker as the driver dropped off at least 3 other pizzas on the way to my house. I understand they need to do this at times, but it took 45 minutes of driving my pizza back and forth past my house before they finally stopped at my house. The pizza was warm but dried out because it was essentially in a heater for 45 minutes. Do not order from this Dominos. Bunch of clowns running this store

The manager Kelly is unprofessional. As a person in any type of leadership position you should know how to lead a team. When a customer has a complaint you hear them out and handle it accordingly. The young delivery driver with glasses needs a reality check because he does not need to be working the field when your attitude is bad. I’m escalating the situation because the whole situation was not handled.

Always have problems with this store location. Order is never correct. Asked. for no butter garlic sauce on my kids pizza and it was loaded with butter garlic sauce. Happens repeatedly. Thin crust pizza has the crust completely burned. See picture attached.

I ordered online and when my pizza arrived, it was absolutely disgusting. I returned the pizza to the store and got the run around from the staff. They claimed the ovens were off and were turned back on. A simple call telling me my pizza was burnt would have been fine. They just assumed I would take a burnt pizza. The manager never came to apologize or even see the pizza. They remade it so the problem was fixed but it will definitely be my last time at this location.
