What is this? Is nothing reliable anymore? All I want is a burrito with bean that aren’t as dry as the Sahara. This is disgusting. Why do I give this place chances over and over again? What is the point of being excited for an item when it comes out this way? Is it so hard for these employees to add some hot water to the beans and stir them around? This is an honest question, I want to know if that is too difficult. The employees are very nice but my god, if it isn’t this, it’s another thing, the rice is old, the tortillas are stale etc etc.

food was made wrong and the service was genuinely awful. i can understand having a bad day but the experience we had was truly terrible. they didn’t get the remake right as well lol.

Went online to order and when I did they double charged me. I called the establishment on HWY 46 and was hung up every time! Then I called the 800 number and waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer. They asked for an order number and I told the idiot I did not get an order number just an alert that TACO BELL deducted double the amount I originally ordered. Then they asked if I called the establishment. I was fuming by now. I told her yes and they continuously hung up on me. No wonder they have the rating they have. No one knows what they are doing or who is in charge and that place has the WORST WORK FLOW EVER!!!!! I hope they get shut down fast or REPLACE EVERYONE!!! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT!!!!

Extremely disappointed went in between 3 and 5 pm 11/2/2025.Their was one guy in the lobby.I stood their for almost 10 minutes no hello no nothing just treated like I wasn’t even there.I didn’t know we had to use the machines completely.I thought a cashier might have been available.They still could’ve asked me if I needed anything.Finally after they finished their personal conversation and I ordered I waited for the guy in the back to finish his soda to get my cup it’s on camera I said excuse me twice.One lady came in and actually left because she saw they were so inattentive to the customer.They just didn’t care.When the drive thru guy finally got my cup he acted like I asked for alot.Then when my food was ready he threw the bag on the counter gave me a obligated mono tone emo style enjoy the rest of your day and walked away.Horrible service grow up fyi the taco was soak and wet fell completely apart!

As a delivery driver I have time limits. Waited at the frount counter for 10min before I was helped. The hole tiem the manager is at the drive through window and keeps looking at me and doesn’t come to see if I need help or anything mind you she came to the frount to help someone clock in. Such a great store.

The lettuce was cooked it seemed. The meat was atrocious and the cheese was dry. It was by far the worst taco bell experience I had. Makes me wanna take it back and make them eat one. Smh

The food was awful. One of my taco supreme didn’t have hardly anything in it but the two had alot more. It’s almost like they missed one. The portions were so small, the taco supremes shells were the size of the value taco size. The smell of the place was sickening. Not sure what the smell was but it had a hint of vomit. We definitely will not go back there in New Braunfels or anywhere else.

Long story short. Got a meal for 2 and it wasn’t very good. Called and got ahold of Maria the manager and she made it super easy. Remade our meal and was great. Can’t always be great the first time, its how the wrongs are handled. Thank you Maria

these are some of the slowest and laziest people i’ve ever seen in a restaurant. it’s awful. i would rather eat mud then go back to this embarrassment. all they do is make excuses one after another. absolute joke. i would hate to live life like these poor people do. if you’re gonna do a job at least take some pride in it. absolutely disgusting.
