As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This is not focused on one Rally’s ever since I’ve been giving them a second chance every time my orders messed up the food is not fresh I went to get the three dollar hamburger deal today because of the three on the 3rd told them no cheese and only certain items on my sandwich I got everything on their cheese and all got two of the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and had no Philly cheese steak on it it was just a hamburger patty I will be taking it back later I don’t feel like driving across town to the rallies I would stop that the hot dog I could not even eat with my hands I had to eat with a fork it was so sloppy I wish Riley was like it was in the 90s when they had Riley cues I used to go to Riley’s everyday when I worked for lunch all week long nowhere near like it used to be I keep trying to give them a second chance but every time I get disappointed

Went through the drive tonight and my fries were so old and cold. They were mushy like mashed potatoes. The sandwiches were so gross we didn’t even eat them and threw them away. Both were absolutely dried out and had been sitting for a while. Won’t be back!

Walked from the hotel to eat
THEY HAD THE DOORS LOCKED AT 7:30 PM and wouldn’t serve me at the drive thru window!
Went across the street to Wendy’s

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 tpain combos, a 5 piece medium buffalo wing, a 6 piece mozzarella and a chicken bites and fries box, the medium buffalo wings are definitely not medium im pretty sure they gave me the angry buffalo instead and I Opened up the chicken bites and fries for my two year old and this is what I found, literally 2 tiny chicken bites in the whole container. Tried to call and no answer. I understand it’s fast food but this is out of control

Is this some sick freaking joke? Looks like someone took a bite out of my sandwich and seriously wrapped it up and put it in my bag. And I ordered two and they feel really cold and old like been sitting for hours. You guys suck. Used to love this place
